Un grande vantaggio è che l'hotel si trova in centro città, a pochi metri dalla principale via pedonale. Il personale della reception è molto gentile, grazie per la cortesia. La camera è semplice, ma ha tutto il necessario per un pernottamento. TV con molti canali, RTL 102.5 è un'ottima emittente musicale. Ci sono degli svantaggi, ma è proprio per questo che il prezzo è inferiore al prezzo reale di un hotel nel centro di una grande città.

Cons:

Ho mancato il bollitore (per preparare il tè o il caffè istantaneo). La stanza è piuttosto buia, la luce è debole e intermittente, i tecnici devono riparare la lampada a soffitto. Il bagno è vecchio e fatiscente, non è certo il posto più confortevole del mondo. La colazione è semplice e composta principalmente da dolci che non tutti mangiano. Non ci sono nemmeno le uova.

The location was great! Staff nice! breakfast was fine.

Cons:

the bed and mattress were very uncomfortable. too noisy as well. The lack of an elevator was another issue, especially since we were placed on the top floor and had to carry our luggage up the stairs or ask for help.

Hotel très bien placé à quelques 150m de Via Maqueda . Le personnel est sympathique et disponible.
Un très bon petit déjeuner.
Attention toutefois, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il vaut mieux réserver les chambres du premier étage.

Cons:

Les sanitaires mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

Stanza minuscola (305), buia, sporca, bagno in condizioni pietose, macchie di umidita’ sulle pareti. Una finestra che affacciava su un muro a pochi centimetri e una caldaia a gas proprio di fronte. Odore di gas dalla caldaia che inpediva di aprire la finestra. Una cella in pretica.

Awful hotel, very dirty with rude staff

It was absolutely disgusting. There was a strong smell of damp and mould throughout, the bedroom walls were dirty and the bathroom walls had mould on them.

I asked to move to another room and was told no. I then asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else, but this was also refused. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. When I showed them a photo of the stained pillow, they actually laughed and asked if I normally took the pillowcase off, saying that was what it was for.

The room is so dark with just a dim flickering light and the bed is more like a camp bed than a proper hotel bed.

I ended up leaving and having to pay for alternative accommodation, and not once did anyone apologise or acknowledge my complaint. I can’t express enough how disgusting it was but the attitude of the staff made the whole experience even worse.

La reception e' aperta 24 ore su 24, sempre presente e disponibile
Stanze pulite e ogni mattina vengono eseguite le pulizie
Ottima colazione a buffet inclusa nel prezzo

L'illuminazione nella stanza e' un po' scarsa, ma comunque accettabile
La struttura non ha ascensore (non un problema personalmente), bisogna avvisare in anticipo eventuali problemi per poter avere una stanza al primo piano
