Localização central, quarto confortável e excelente café da manhã.
Pros:

Localização central e excelente, perto da primeira parada do ônibus de turismo que fica na Rua 24 horas. Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente, café da manhã muito bom!

Cons:

Selecionei o Ibis pela localização e conforto, além das amenidades como estacionamento (pago) e wi-fi. No entanto o Wi-fi é muito ruim. Poderiam melhorar essa questão.

Eu e minha esposa ficamos plenamente satisteito.

Limpeza e instalações do quarto.

Cons:

A iluminação extremamente fraca na garagem o que dificulta bastante, principalmente quem usa moto e possui bagagem para organizar.
Os funcionários da guarita do estacionamento poderiam ser um pouco mais cordiais no tratamento.
Por fim, em relação ao restaurante, faltou funcionários para limparem as mesas deixadas por outros hóspedes na hora do café, permitindo com que os hóspedes que estavam chegando pudessem sentar, pois embora houvesse várias mesas vazias elas estavam cheias de utensílios em razão do hóspedes anterior e havia somente uma pessoa para limpar.

Friendly, helpful staff at a great location
Pros:

Firstly, we really appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate our early check-in request with no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were a short walk from shopping and several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
