Not what we expected! Need to look at cleaning more .

Location was good 😊

Cons:

Was let down with the cleanliness & thought it was a bit run down the room.
We did let staff know & something I would not do normally, but when you are paying a lot of money & you would expect it to look & feel clean.
Tina was lovely & accomodating in every way to help make things better.
Everything felt & looked dirty in our apartment.
Yes we got a refund of $250 not that we asked, but i went & bought cleaning products to make things hygienic looking.

Great beach stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful apartment with a view of the ocean. It was very clean and the shower was amazing! We loved the pool and having great shops nearby. A wonderful holiday.

Pros:

Great position. Check in reception staff was excellent. Parking for 2 vehicles. Large heated pool, ideal for children. Short walk to beach. Shops near by.

Cons:

Not ideal kitchen outlay, but that's the owners personal choice.

A lovely and roomy hotel

Pros:

Perfect location overlooking Kirra, greenmount, and snappers! Easy wave check from the balcony. Perfect location to all restaurants

Amazing location!
Views were beautiful 😍
Ease of access to beach Coolangatta and Kirra), pool, cafes and supermarket and chemist.
Everything you are likely to need on holidays.
Parked our car and didn't need to drive until it was time to go home.

Cons:

My bed was hard and pillows were flat and hard.
Bedding is always a personal choice.
