I expirienced one of the security of this hotel is like un professional. Last feb 27 between 9:00 to 9:30 in the evening near the main lobby going to the enrance of your facilities I was about to go to the gym to buy chocolate on there small shop near in the gym facilities. One of there security asked me, he said where are you going. He did not greet me or addressed me ‘Sir’ i said i am going to the pro shop. He said its theres he is showing me wrong direction ang his body language it is un profesional. And then I said i am going to the gym and to the pro shop. And he answered me, why do have a membership on this gym. I feel so insulted the way he asked me.I reply to him no i dont have membership but i am a guest in this hotel. And thats the time he became nice. But i already fell bad the way he talked to me.
