With the change of management everything went bad
NO VALLEY PARKING
before they use to greet you whith juice upon arrival

The management changed and everything changed to the worse when the hotel was under Jumeirah everything was excellent the towels were clean and now under ACCOR NOT that clean and they have Warren out before they use to have valet parking now they don't have valet parking before they use to greet you with fruits in the room NOW THEY DON'T before they use to greet you whith a juice NOW THEY DON'T before they if you ask for ice it was provided for free NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY 20 AED before they had bottle opener in each room and NOW YOU ASK FOR IT AND THE ROOS SERVICE TOLD ME TO OPEN USE IT AND HAND IT BACK BECAUSE WE NEED IT AND AFTER ARGUING WITH THEM THEY KEPT IT AND THEY DON'T HAVE A BAR

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Loved the breakfast—it was delicious with a great variety of options. Hats off to the entire hotel team for providing such outstanding hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be visiting again!

We first had a corner room (..28 on each floor) which is a very large room. Unfortunately, we had to change to another room (722) due to an allergic reaction to some smell. Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding though, especially Aaron and another man from housekeeping (I unfortunately forgot his name).
Overall, it's a nice hotel, conveniently close to the airport, pool area also is nice.
Rooms are a bit outdated but no complaints. You will get a great deal for your money.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made our stay at the hotel exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast is amazing, gym facilities excellent.
