excellent friendly people would stay again but request a ground floor apartment

excellent staff very friendly very clean and comfy place to stay

Cons:

no lift if your staying on the third floor and have to hike bags up on bottom it would be fine and the beds were a bit hard and could do with updating but clean and tidy

Great location to stay and close to everything we needed.
Pros:

The location was in proximity to the Star where the convention was held. Short walk distance to food and shops.

Cons:

I am not sure of what other rooms / types of rooms were available, however we were on the highest floor, and was difficult to get luggage up the stairs - but we were offered assistance with the luggage and walk up 3 flights of stairs not sure if there was a room on a lower level that met our needs.

It’s a great resort ,only thing lacking was a lift specially when you carry your luggage up and down but it didn’t bother us that much.

Close to restaurants
Pros:

It was clean, tidy and close to restaurants but not suited for anyone with mobility issues as there is no elevator. There were three flights of stairs with a steep incline.
