Pros:

Property was close to all shops etc. Food at the restaurant was really good.

Cons:

Lift didnt work once, i got stuck in it for a couple minutes. Although the majority of meals were good our last meal my hubby had left him with vomiting n diarrhea that night n the following day.. lighting in the room was a little odd no overhead lighting in the main room

Pros:

Location was perfect for what I was doing in Newcastle. Room was clean. The iron was superb!

Cons:

It was really noisy. And I get that it’s a pub but some reviews said it was reasonably quiet. I was right over the beer garden and the entertainment was great but I’d hoped for a rest after a long drive and couldn’t.
The rooms are in desperate need for an update. Very worn furniture and the bed was lumpy. Bathroom very small - difficult to use comfortably.

Great rooms, staff, food and location! A very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, lovely helpful staff, great food, big rooms, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Our car has a height of 1.9m so couldn't use the offered paid parking station.
Not the hotels fault - so we paid for street parking and then made use of the free parking from 5pm to 9am on the street.
