Super Lage für den Besuch einer Veranstaltung in der Quaterback Arena. Diese ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Straßenbahnanbindung ist ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Lage! 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Quarterback Arena, und auch nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Das Personal war super freundlich, Frühstück war gut, hat alles gepasst.

Cons:

Teppichboden ist immer etwas fragwürdig, ein Kleiderhaken für (nasse) Jacken im Zimmer wäre gut, und beim Reinkommen roch es etwas muffig, lag vermutlich am Siphon der Dusche, nach dem Duschen ging das weg.

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Die 4 Sterne sind unverschämt. Nur die Nahe Lage zur Arene sorgt für Vermietun

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit eine Katastrophe, abgewohnt und dreckig. Der Kühlschrank hatte Schimmel innen. Reception war nicht mehr besetzt. Beschwerde per Email nicht beantwortet. Nächsten Tag an derReception freundliche Mitarbeiterin, Zimmer sollte gereinigt werden. Dann blieb auch noch unserer Zimmer den Ganzen Tag offen mit allen Sachen drin. Nach weiterer Beschwerde erhielten wir ein besseres Zimmer und der Parkplatz wurde uns erlassen.

Parkmöglichkejten
Der Kaffee und Tee auf den Zimmer (Beutel) sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen Sollten ausgetauscht werden

Nettes familiengeführtes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Falls man das nicht rechtzeitig schafft zum Check in kann man auch kontaktlos den Schlüssel bekommen. Es gibt ein Kiosk gegenüber.

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke gut geeignet.

Cons:

Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Personal sehr unterschiedlich - ein Team sehr freundlich und bemüht, die anderen gelangweilt wirkend.
Frühstück wurde nur an einen Tag nachgelegt, sonst bereits nach einigen Minuten fast leer, gekochte Eier kalt.
