Zweckmäßig, zentral, sauber und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Für den von uns beabsichtigten Familienbesuch war alles zufriedenstellend, wir waren zentral, konnten fußläufig die Familie erreichen, hatten eine saubere und freundliche Unterkunft mit einem tollen Service und einem guten Frühstück. Selbst die Anreise nach Dienstschluss des Personals war unproblematisch - hat alles gut geklappt. Vielen Dank!

Ich hätte mir einen Nachtportier gewünscht, da ich mich schlaftrunken aus meinem Zimmer ausgesprerrt hatte, da ich wähnte ich sei zu Hause und konnte dann mein Zimmer nicht betreten und mußte sehr lange warten, bis jemand kam und mir wieder aufsperrte

Top Lage, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Arena. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, das Personal freundlich. Beim nächsten Arenabesuch werden wir wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hotel war sehr günstig gelegen um meine Besuche in Leipzig zu planen. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Frühstück reichlich, mit großer Auswahl. Das Zimmer lag zum Hof, sehr ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.

Im Sommer etwas warm, leider keine Klimaanlage.
