I was very satisfied with everything

I stayed just for one night and wish it would have been longer. The hotel is very clean and well kept and it had an amazing pool which I regret not taking advantage of it since my stay was very short. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is in ludes and it was good. I definitely will return to this hotel in any future travel

The view

The room had dingy carpeting, ac unit was dripping water onto the carpet, and there was a horrible musty smell, unbearable. The breakfast buffet was limited and not delicious, only offered for 2 hour span which was disappointing.

Just over all a good experience

Great front desk service. They were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to welcome us.

Everyone was amazing from front to the ones cleaning the rooms. The only things we did not like was the lady’s and guy in the dining area we felt like we could not get anything from the buffet without being looked at bad. When asked for certain foods others were given more my husband and a little. The lady’s in the food area need to work on there hospitality. Other then that everyone else were amazing!

It’s ok, the beds are very hard, you won’t get any extra towels, towels are very small, no extras or waters given. For a quick stay it’s clean and ok, pool is ok, breakfast the basic , pillows very hard, carpet is dirty and needs cleaning, couch hard as a rock, no air inside the hotel so very hot but at least you get air in the room- it’s not new air but it has it.

The location was central to all the places we planned to visit. The pool was always clean and available. Friendly staff. The view from our fourth floor window was awesome but would have been nice to have double pane windows to reduce noise. Experience some issues in the bathroom but were addressed promptly. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our 18 night stay. Would recommend for the price.

Good place

This property was filthy and infested with insects and geckos. There were stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and the furniture was filthy. We found crickets, spiders, and mosquitos on the beds and room. When expressing this to the staff their was response was “none of this is going to hurt you”. They moved us from one room to another only to find out that the other room was worst. Finally we decided to not even stay one night and on our way out the front staff said “ this isn’t my fault but sorry you had to deal with this”. This place was horrible.

Staying at Hotel Sevilla was an amazing experience. Loved everything about this property. Quiet, clean, convenient & really loved their continental breakfast. The staff very very friendly & humble, that I loved the most…
