i would definitely stay here again. i will be watching for other hyatt place hotels in my travels.
Pros:

clean. staff very nice. layout of room was awesome with separate couch and sitting area with bed in another section. very comfortable.

Pros:

Very convenient to the state fairgrounds area, airport is close by as well. The staff were excellent very friendly, and helpful. Will be staying here for future events.

We would definitely happily stay again. Great staff, clean rooms.
Pros:

Location was great. Just a few minutes away from Lenovo Center. Room was clean, staff was friendly. The bar was nice for a nightcap. Breakfast had a lot of options.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been bigger. It was a tight fit for my husband.

Pros:

The room was clean and a great size. I was comfortable during my stay.

Cons:

When I arrived, there was no one at the desk for me to check in for at least 10 minutes. I was on a tight schedule to get checked in so that I could change clothes and leave for a dinner meeting, so those 10 minutes were important.

Pros:

The water pressure and temp in the shower was amazing! Usually by the time everyone has showered the water is cold but not here! The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Fix the water pressure in the showers ASAP
Pros:

Staff was awesome, room was great but the water pressure was horrible. Need to get this fixed ASAP if you want me to stay there next year.
