Lovely hotel with an incredible staff
Pros:

We booked rooms because this hotel met our immediate need for hotel with a backup generator. The massive storm threatening lengthy power outages made days without power with small children seem overwhelming. The understanding and good will of the entire staff was impressive. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made this unexpected hotel stay very pleasant.

Most pleasant hotel experience I've ever had.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and they all had the best attitudes. We returned late at night and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had food/drinks.

Found several long black hairs on the walls in the shower. Ugh. Maybe add a basket for used towels

Had eggs and bacon. Eggs were very good.

Cons:

The bacon, although barely cooked, had good flavor. Would have been much better had it been a more Crispy.

Amazing atmosphere and nice staff
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal and very sweet to us from the moment we stepped in. The bed was so soft and the water was always hot!!

Cons:

The room was a little older looking. For example, the tiles were wonky and the shower was hard to open and close. The eggs were not my favorite but the rest of the food was great.

Worst stay I’ve had with a hotel!!!
Pros:

Decent thing was the breakfast and the pool

Cons:

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Raleigh, and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had.

First off, the sheets were in terrible condition. They were stained and felt unwashed, which is just unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Hyatt brand. I’ll be attaching pictures to show just how bad they were.

Additionally, the layout of the hotel is quite inconvenient. If you need towels, you have to trek all the way downstairs instead of having them available nearby. This should be a basic amenity that’s easy to access.

Another major issue was the lack of extra pillows. I was traveling with guests who needed to sleep on the pull-out mattress, and when we asked for additional pillows, we were told there weren’t any available. It made for a very uncomfortable night.

If you’re traveling with a dog, be warned that this is not a friendly dog place. There’s no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, which is a huge oversight. To make matters worse, if your dog is in the room when you go out for food, they won’t clean your room. It’s frustrating, especially when they get upset about barking while cleaning the other rooms.

Overall, I expected much more from Hyatt Place, and I won’t be returning. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
