As a local couple living right here in Raleigh, we reached a point where we desperately needed a vacation—but absolutely dreaded the packing, airport security, and standard highway traffic. Our brilliant solution? A local staycation at this Hyatt Place, and it was the best decision we've made all year!We got all the peaceful, relaxing benefits of a luxury getaway without any of the actual travel headaches. The morning breakfast was wonderfully good and simple—no complicated menus, just quick, tasty fuel so we could get right back to relaxing. Speaking of relaxing, the room was a true sanctuary. The bed was incredibly soft and comfy, making it the perfect setup for playing games, lounging around in complete bliss, and finally catching up on some deep rest.It was a heartwarming, seamless experience from check-in to check-out. If you and your partner are locals looking to hit the reset button without even leaving town, do yourselves a favor and book a room here!
Had plumbing issues with the first room so they moved us. Second room was better, no plumbing issues. But the hotel room seemed to be average, nothing fancy of course just basic. No fan in the bathroom and no lotion either, guess they are scaling back. Breakfast is average, just what you would expect. Coffee in the lobby could have been better. Parking is good, very easy to find off the highway. Quiet location on the weekend which helps. Nice customer service folks, no issues there. Just not sure I would stay here again, I think there would be better hotels that were more kept up I would stay in for the price.
The property was clean and the staff were friendly, the kids enjoyed the pool.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the blanket for the sofa bed was not thick enough.
It was clean, everyone was extremely polite. I loved the outdoor patio area. One of the workers named was Josh, he did an amazing job making sure my stay was great!
I wish it had a hot tub.

The sheets for the room was not so clean to me it didn’t look white to my satisfaction also the comforter was not that appealing
Not a great experience. Housekeeping was mediocre and unfortunately my personal experience at this hotel was not great. I will not elaborate on some ofthe details that I discovered in my room after my room was clean. The staff odd property was also helping themselves to breakfast before the guest had a chance to do so. This is not a normal practice at hotels
Not at all clean. Lobby smells horrible. Saw a dog go to bathroom on lobby carpet and no one did anything. Our room sheets and rug were not clean called front desk and was told I can come down and get new sheets and put them on.

The rooms were clean and comfortable
Room and bathroom were cleaned. Big room. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker, glasses for drink and ice bucket. Many varieties of food for breakfast.
Check out time was 12 pm. The place was great.
There were no water bottles in the room.
Bar was good.
Maintenance person walked in my room before check out on Sunday. They didn't even knock or attempt to make sure the room was clear. Front desk offered us free items from store, however no compensation was given for this extremely embarrassing situation.
The facilities were clean and well appointed with necessities, the staff was friendly and helpful, there were snacks, coffee, drinks available and the free breakfast was better than most!
