poor experience will not stay here again
Pros:

Not a great experience. Housekeeping was mediocre and unfortunately my personal experience at this hotel was not great. I will not elaborate on some ofthe details that I discovered in my room after my room was clean. The staff odd property was also helping themselves to breakfast before the guest had a chance to do so. This is not a normal practice at hotels

Pass!
Pros:

Not at all clean. Lobby smells horrible. Saw a dog go to bathroom on lobby carpet and no one did anything. Our room sheets and rug were not clean called front desk and was told I can come down and get new sheets and put them on.

The room was cleaned, I spent a good night and had a great breakfast.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were cleaned. Big room. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker, glasses for drink and ice bucket. Many varieties of food for breakfast.
Check out time was 12 pm. The place was great.

Cons:

There were no water bottles in the room.

Bar was good.

Cons:

Maintenance person walked in my room before check out on Sunday. They didn't even knock or attempt to make sure the room was clear. Front desk offered us free items from store, however no compensation was given for this extremely embarrassing situation.

We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The facilities were clean and well appointed with necessities, the staff was friendly and helpful, there were snacks, coffee, drinks available and the free breakfast was better than most!

Awful. Would not suggest to anyone.
Pros:

Not the customer service. It was awful

Cons:

The front desk help. They couldn't be bothered to take the air pods out of their ears, and kept misspelling our name, which led to check in issues. There had zero desire to help problem solve with a booking issue, and displayed zero kindness, empathy or common compassion. I spent a week traveling in North Carolina, and this hotel was my only source of disappointment.

Perfect for a quick over-night trip
Pros:

Staff very nice, breakfast was good, and their small bar downstairs was nice to be able to get a drink at night, without having to leave.

Cons:

More seating area is needed for the breakfast area.
