Fix the water pressure in the showers ASAP
Pros:

Staff was awesome, room was great but the water pressure was horrible. Need to get this fixed ASAP if you want me to stay there next year.

Moved room due to dirty bedding
Pros:

The staff was very polite and accommodating to my issues. Everything was clean in my original room except for the bedding. Red stain on the top sheet, red stain on the mattress, and a comforter that was infested with what appeared to be mold. I have photographs as well. The room they moved me to(immediately I might add, very helpful of them) was perfectly clean. It just seems like they have issues with their housekeeping checking if everything is as clean and presentable as it should be

Pros:

Comfortable,spacious room.
Separate work desk and sofa along with real coffee cups (no disposable) was a plus.
Clean, no stains on furniture.

The staff is exceptional!!
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and nice! The continental breakfast was much more than I expected!

Lovely hotel with an incredible staff
Pros:

We booked rooms because this hotel met our immediate need for hotel with a backup generator. The massive storm threatening lengthy power outages made days without power with small children seem overwhelming. The understanding and good will of the entire staff was impressive. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made this unexpected hotel stay very pleasant.

Most pleasant hotel experience I've ever had.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and they all had the best attitudes. We returned late at night and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had food/drinks.

Found several long black hairs on the walls in the shower. Ugh. Maybe add a basket for used towels
Pros:

Had eggs and bacon. Eggs were very good.

Cons:

The bacon, although barely cooked, had good flavor. Would have been much better had it been a more Crispy.
