The spa area was great...heated mineral spas, sauna...all good
Would book a room in the main part of the hotel instead of right down the back in the gardens. Just for convenience to spa area and dining room.
Lovely place to stay - highly recommend
The staff were exceptional especially Tom. The Maitre D (lady with black rimmed glassed) was a little surely and not as warm as the other staff. Her time management in respect to the delivery of breakfast orders was disappointing. Overall a a great experience
Location was great, fantastic bed.
Breakfast was great. Blinds in the breakfast area would be great to keep the sun out of your eyes!
The amount of bird poo that was on our spa. Bathroom could do with a heat lamp?! Heater kept cutting out because it was cold outside.
I know its art but the vulgar pics on the wall were distasteful.
When we entered Mineral Springs Hotel we were greeted by a reception area warmly lit and lavishly furnished. Being seated at arrival and check-out made it feel personal and memorable, elevating the whole experience. We had booked a Garden room and it was very clean and tastefully decorated. We felt like we had our own private retreat. A big bonus was our room was within walking distance right next to the Mineral Spa where we enjoyed a lazy afternoon soak. Breakfast included next morning was very good indeed. My partner and I appreciated the attentive service and hospitality of the whole team. Our maître d' he was excellent. This experience will be hard to beat. Thank you so much for having us!
