Würden wieder kommen aber dann ein anderes Zimmer nicht direkt an der Haupttreppe
Pros:

Ambiente des Eingangs, leider war für den Preis das Zimmer sehr klein. Es gab ganz andere Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Stelle umhaut wo alle anderen Zimmer vorbei laufen müssen. Es war sehr hellhörig. Leider.

Gerne wieder, sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und es wurde sogar für meinen Hund ein Körbchen, Napf, Handtuch und Leckerli hingestellt

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war recht kalt, aber in Ordnung

Bester Start ins neue Jahr: unaufgeregt, stilvoll und in besonderer Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Boutique Schlosshotel mitten in der Natur. Ruhig, stilvoll und perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite in der Golf Lodge (Klimahaus aus Holz/Schiefer): sehr großzügig, toller Ausblick, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dieser warme Holzduft beim Reinkommen ist einfach traumhaft (wie eine Sauna in Finnland!). Super hundefreundlich: Leckerli, Hundedecke und Wasserschüssel waren vorbereitet. Frühstück ausgewählt und fein (frisch, tolle Käseauswahl, leckerer Kaffee) und ein außergewöhnlich herzliches Service-Team. Hinweis, nur zur Info: Das Klimahaus reguliert die Temperatur selbst, im Bad gibt’s eine Heizung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Für uns ein rundum fantastischer Aufenthalt! lediglich beim Frühstück im Clubhaus war es etwas frisch aber das ist wirklich nur eine kleine Randnotiz, die unser Erlebnis keinesfalls schmälert.

Weihnachtsurlaub in Lohmar im Schloss Hotel
Pros:

Ein wirklich schönes Schloss Hotel. Die Rezeption ist im alten Gebäudes des Schlosses. Der Eingang ist umwerfend im alten Stil erhalten worden. Im Schloss selbst gibt es eine kleine Kapelle. Das Zimmer war im einem anderen Gebäude Richtung Golfplatz, nicht einmal 5 min. von der Rezeption entfernt. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich wurde am Abend der Anreise trotz Weihnachtlicher Zeit dennoch freundlich begrüßt und auch mein Hund war mehr als Willkommen.

Das Zimmer selbst war unglaublich groß! Mehr als genügend platz für 1 Person + Hund. Für meinen kleinen Hund würde sogar ein Wasser-und Fressnapf bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es noch eine Decke für Ihn und Leckerchen. Das ist wahrlich das erste mal das ich sowas erleben dürfte. Das Bett war sehr bequem, von dem Badezimmer bin ich ebenfalls sehr überrascht, in der große uns Sauberkeit. Das habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt das hier wirklich penibel auf ein sauberes Bad geachtet wird.

Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es gibt direkt den Golfplatz wo auch im Winter noch gespielt wird, und gleich gegenüber des Hotel´s einen kleinen Wald mit Feld. Perfekt für einen kleinen Sparziergang am morgen. Der Bus ist ebenfalls zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen und man hat im kleinen Nachbar Ort (Wahlscheid) einen Bäcker, Ärzte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Ich kann wirklich nicht meckern, und werde wenn ich Lohmar nochmal besuchen, auf jeden fall dieses Hotel in Anspruch nehmen.

Pros:

Modern and well designed rooms.
Larger than your normal hotel room and the en-suite was well above the normal standard (shame that a twin sink wasn’t planned in though).

The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The only window was broken and couldn’t be opened.
The breakfast was, frankly, basic.
