El hotel dejó sin efecto mi reserva por booking
Que estaba considerado el pago al llegar al hotel. El hotel me manifestó que además mi tarjeta no aceptó el l pago. Todas estas situaciones no fueron reales y generaron una incomodidad a toda la familia. Hago responsable también a BOOKING por no dar respuesta al reclamo que ya realicé por esta situación de la reserva con pago presencial al llegar al hotel
