You can stay at this hotel in a reasonable price though breakfast is included.
You can easily get downtown on foot.

Friendly staff. Place is what you pay for and for the expensive area.

Pontos positivos:
- localização excelente
- atendimento bastanto prestativo (apesar de desorganizado)

Pontos negativos:
- cama com buraco e quarto / lençóis / edredom bastante sujos
- atendimento bastante desorganizado. Explico: chegamos pouco depois da meia noite e a atendente não conseguiu localizar nossa reserva. Depois de mostrarmos o comprovante impresso do hotéis.com ela nos deixou entrar no quarto com a condição de conversar com a gerente no dia seguinte. Resolvido o mal entendido, na madrugada de um dos dias em que ficamos hospedados fomos acordados por uma das recepcionista que, aparentemente por engano, abriu nosso quarto (!!!!) para mostrá-lo para 2 hóspedes que estavam chegando no hotel
- as fotos do banheiro mostradas no site não sâo as fotos do banheiro dos quartos. Ppde parecer um detalhe, mas para quem nao gosta de banheiro com chuveiro com toalha de plastico isso faz bastante diferença (obs: apesar da foto do site mostrar um bom de vidro, a atendente disse que apenas 2 quartos não tem toalhas de plastico)

Prima hotel! Kamers zijn schoon. Wel erg gehorig. Gasten die savonds laat nog poolen. Personeel erg aardig op 1 na. Vlakbij de hoofdstraat.

O hotel fica bem localizado e tem um bom custo benefício. Porém achei o atendimento ruim quando estava subindo a escada o atendente foi incapaz de ajudar eu e minha esposa com as malas. O café da manhã é bem fraco e o sol pelo menos na época que fui bate nas mesas com toda a força.

Hôtel sympa, chambres assez simples mais propres et confortables.
On a demandé deux fois une serviette supplémentaire sans succès, pour le prix on s'attend à un accueil plus attentif. Par contre la gérante a accepté d'imprimer nos billets de bus gratuitement, c'était sympa.
Une cuisine est à disposition, à partager avec les résidents de la partie dortoir.
Petit-déjeuner complet (pain grillé et medialunas, boissons chaudes, beurre, confiture et fruits frais).
Le gros problème est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres, malheureusement entre nos voisins argentins couche-tard et nos voisins israéliens matinaux ce fut difficile de dormir.

The most dull and depressing staff we have experienced in 9 months of travelling the world!! We were greeted as if we were strays off the street and any time we had a question the staff were incredibly unhelpful.
Double bed was two singles stuck together so not comfortable at all. We would expect and understand this if the price was alot less. For the price we paid we would have expected a proper double bed.
Breakfast was OK, plenty food but you felt like you weren't welcome at breakfast by the staff.

Nice stay. Staff were great considering our lack of Spanish - we just used google translate! Breakfast delicious, room welcome though small. Shower ran out of hot water and was slightly to small with the shower curtain touching your body in one way or another. Bathroom loud with fan so try not to turn that one on if possible.

受付は全員全く英語が通じず、”俺は英語はしゃべれん。スペイン語で言え”とかなり横柄に言われます。おまけに”お前の予約はない”と言われ言葉が通じずおおもめしました。さらに2泊で予約していましたが、2泊目はシーツと枕がすべて片付けられており、文句を言ったところ”だからどーした”と言われまたおおもめしました。パタゴニア最初の宿がこんなありさまでかなりへこみました。

I stayed in the hostel part of this Hotel - it's basically 2 rooms with 12 people each connected by a bathroom with 3 showers and 3 toilets. It's like a camp dorm - so not very great. Not sure how they could make it better per se though. It's hard to figure out how to shower with both genders coming in and out (and really no private place to change). The bathrooms were kept stocked with toilet paper and soap though. The rooms were comfy and they had lockers in the hallway. Wifi worked good and my rate came with breakfast - which was very good (fresh pastries!).

普通のドミトリーで良くもなく悪くもなくといった普通の部屋です。
フロントはほとんど英語が通じず意思疎通が難しいことが多かったです。

共有スペースはゆったり使えるので寛ぐことができました。

Ficamos 4 dias em el calafate, adoramos. Hotel super proximo a rua principal, limpo e bem arrumado.

La habitación tenía muchísimas humedades. no funcionaba la luz de la ducha y no supieron cambiarla. La televisión tampoco funcionó y nos tuvieron que traer otra de otra habitación.El desayuno era muy muy muy escaso. La atención del personal era nula estaban todo el día tirados en el sofá viendo la TV. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo .

口コミ情報で「壁が薄くてうるさい」とのことでしたが、私が滞在中はそれほど気になりませんでした。中心街に近く、買い物にも便利です。スタッフの対応も親切です。チェックアウトは10：00となっていますが、頼めば、出発の時間まで荷物をロッカーに預けることができたので、とても助かりました。

Ótima localização, pode fazer tudo a pé, tem restaurante dentro da estrutura, atendimento bom, quarto privativo pequeno porém justo para quem usa hotel apenas para banho e dormir!

Lo único decente del hotel fueron los recepcionistas, muy amables y con buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. Las habitaciones incómodas y la paredes de papel.
No es agradable despertarse a las 3 de la mañana escuchando al vecino de a lado orinando... En fin, caro para lo que ofrece.

部屋も清潔。
ただし、宿泊者の声が響きやすい。

hotel muito bom, café da manhã completo, quarto bem arrumado, limpo e confortável. Recepção e atendimentos muito bons.
