Great, awesome
Pros:

The staff here are very supportive, helpful, and all are very, very nice. The location is good, as it is near a tourist area and a train station. The breakfast is nice too. I stayed here for 3 days, and overall I feel comfortable =)

Cons:

The location is good, but there is construction nearby; the traffic here is very bad. My car booking got canceled so many times because the driver couldn't come. But I think after the construction is completed, everything will be fine.

あえて、写真は、撮らなかったですが、本当に
HOTELの方にお願いがあります。バスルームの、バスタブの、フチなどを、白く塗り直して、黒カビを、消して下さい。毎回泊まって居ますが、やはり気持ち悪いので、お願い致します。
朝の、モーニングも
ジャムなどの、回りは、ありが、いてて不愉快だった。パンも、冷凍だったので、ガッカリでした!ワッフルも、何故か焼き方が
めっちゃめっちゃでした
紅茶も、すごく、薄かったです。何年たっても、相変わらずのモーニングなので
楽しみが無い。部屋には、
ベランダが付いているのでよかったです。シャワーカーテンも、丈足らずで
外に、お湯が漏れますので、メイドの方にバスタオルを、沢山貸してもらい
お湯が、流れる所にバスタオルを、置きました。
お部屋は、綺麗でした。
ベッドの寝心地は、最高でした!何度もタイに行く度に宿泊してましたが、今回で
この宿は次、泊まるのを、
もー諦めようかと、
思います。
私達には、苦渋の選択HOTELになりました。
もし次このHOTELを、選択すると、変化してるだろうか？…悩みます。

I suffer from claustrophobia and specifically requested a room with a balcony when I checked in. Despite being a repeat guest who has stayed at this hotel several times, my request was denied unless I paid extra. I felt this was unfair, particularly after explaining my medical condition. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the management was very disappointing
