Delicious breakfast, lovely staff, welcoming environment and nice room
Pros:

Welcoming friendly staff, well kept tidy premises, I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast which changed a bit every day

Cons:

There are severe roadworks going on outside the hotel (not the hotel's fault) but just a heads up that this has been going on for 5 years and is not close to being finished and will delay any travel by 30minutes most of the time. Also the shower - the water ran up alongside the edge of the bathtub and would pool onto the ledge and then onto the floor very quickly creating a mess - a simple wadded up tissue on the side of the bath fixed this so that the water tracked into the bath

Pros:

The room and location were very convenient. There are 2 7 elevant and train staion near by to hotel. And next to the hotel, it has loundry. So it was very helpful to me. Another thing is you can go to Central World and Big C within 10 min by walk.

- تعامل الموظفة الأكبر سناً في الاستقبال لا اذكر اسمها للاسف ، كانت محترمة وتحاول تقديم المساعدة بشكل لائق.
- وجود افطار
- يوجد مغسلة ملابس بجانب الفندق .. هذا سهل علينا الإقامة.

- الفندق قديم
- السرير والأغطية يوجد عليه ملاحظات من ناحية سوء الاهتمام بالنظافة
- شباك البلكونة لا يغلق جيدا ولا يعزل الصوت وإزعاج السيارات في الشارع .
- ضيق الغرف وسوء سباكة دورات المياه .

Great hotel and location with friendly staff and welcoming feel.
Pros:

Staff are very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean, also quite as it’s behind main roadway. There was water complimented each day and breakfast had more than enough to choose from to start out your day. Location is close to BTS .

Cons:

Nothing , keep in mind if roadworks in the area.

Comfortable, Great Location, Value for money, Friendly staff.
Pros:

All the facilities were fine. Staff is very friendly, they were always helping us to find the locations, cleanig and ect. Also the breakfast buffet was very satisfied, value for money, actually it was really delicious with good variations.

Comfortable and pleasant Stay
Pros:

It's quite near to the Central (like Big C, Platinum Mall). The hotel was peaceful and quiet even though there was a construction site near the hotel. I love that the housekeeping staff came every day unless we put up the "Do not disturb". The food was okay for those who like western food.

Cons:

There was a construction site near hotel so it was traffic jam. I love the thai food so the breakfast buffet is not my taste. But for those who love western food, you would like it.
