We liked the location and it is a very nice and clean hotel.

Cons:

It was a nice stay
Pros:

Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff. Welcoming lobby with elegant decor and fireplace. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, convenient access to outside for pet. Security was always seen on premises as well. In a safe area of town.

Cons:

Price was kinda high especially since there was no breakfast included

Sheets and pillow covers had an smell to them. After staying no house cleaning was done for the next night. The room is starting to get used.

Comfortable, clean and modern hotel

I had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa. It was quiet, very clean, with a great breakfast and lovely spacious lobby. Overall a great stay. The only negative feedback I have is the hotel receptionist was on the phone when I was trying to check out and she never once acknowledged my presence. I stood there for a few minutes and finally, decided to put my luggage in my truck and come back. She was still on the phone when I came back, but managed to let me know that she would send me my receipt by email. Hotel staff are a reflection of the hotel and the Hilton brand. Don't forget to treat your customers as you would like to be treated.

The bar and restaurant weren't open, the front desk lady didn't know why, her manager told her last minute. Everything else was great, the room, the view and very quiet

Pros:

The room was great! Very comfortable. I think the breakfast should be included as we thought we had it being an Hilton Honors member and found out this morning it was $14 per person.
