The property needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are stained. The ceiling in the toilet is also stained. The toilet counter is chipped. Wall paper needs to be changed as gap lines are starting to appear. This should not be the case for a 5-star hotel.
Staff is very nice. Very friendly and professional.
Who said this is 5 Star Hotel?
I dont believe this statement with that much issues. We were given a room at 11th floor and bad smell, Toilet had severe issues of drainage and water tup was leak.
Then after complaining, they gave us another in 12th floor which was little better then previous one. Most shocking thing is that there is no main light in room. just side lamps. Breakfast was spoiled, rotten and not fresh specially eggs and fruits. Overall i give this hotel 1 out of 5. Sheraton Four Points in Sharjah is highly recommended and wroth staying and is cheaper or same price of this hotel. Reception staff was not friendly here except cleaners and room service. I came here to celebrate my birthday but nothing was upto the standards.
Become my favourite hotel in Sharjah.
Overall Execllent.
The hotel over all is good and has the possibilityto be way better, my room was clean the furniture is old and the bathroom needs some maintenance
For the 14 nights I spent in this hotel, I would like to direct my special thanks to the supervisor Ms EI who was very professional in making our stay very pleasant and comfortable by the way of addressing our needs without delay. It is fair to thank her colleague the supervisor Ms Millie and the concierge Mr Juman.
Everything was good
It’s a good residency
Nice clean friendly property, staff excellent and breakfast and room service very good.
Always stay here! Love the location and value for price
The stay was good
I stayed in this hotel total if more than 20 days . My worst experience I had when I git a call at 12 noon telling me that I should either check out or I will be charged extra night . I requested 1 hour late checkout . Staff strongly refused . Its been a custom that hotels have this all over the world including my own Hotel I personally own in Canada . Because of the time difference some international travellers like myself with different time zones. We spend the night communicating , with our home as I was working attending virtual meetings , phone calls etc .
I know this is personal problem . This call made me decide that I will never book in this hotel ever again and . This is not the staff's problem as its the policy . i have been staying in hotels for almost 5 month , in the gulf region i never experienced this kind of treatment at all .
I just decided to book at another better hotel . For me the issue is never the cost as its the principle .and it cost same as Sheraton , Hilton .. i prefer to go to where the service is better at least according to me
The property is located at the extremely fine area of Sharjah… Loved everything about the property… Will definitely make this place for all our future stay!
Staff is excellent. The rooms are great. My only complaints was that there was hair on the towels, washcloths and in the sink and tub from I’m assuming the previous guest. So attention to detail when it comes to cleaning is subpar. The outside windows were a little dirty, but still viewable. There were only two towels and wahcloths provided and if you wanted ice, you have to call room service (which is a first for me), however all of that was provided promptly when requested.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay and was supposed to stay again one week later, but I decided to cancel and try another property.
I would still recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel. Even upgraded our rooms to have nice view
Nice location, reat views reasonabley priced, over all middle of the road stuff
The location is fantastic and amazing view from the hotel.
Diabolical. Stayed here for business.
1st day was not able to check in and was moved to another Hotel (nextdoor) in fact a 15 minute car journey in the opposite direction to where I was working. No communication followed. Stayed 2 nights in other hotel before checking on 2nd night what was happening. Was told a mini bus would collect me at 6:30 am the next day. I said this was not satisfactory and asked the hotel to tell the Hilton this. It was midnight when I returned from work I had to leave at 7:30 the next day i did not want to be messing around with luggage. No one called back until I was woke up by a call to say minibus would be 5 minutes??? I checked out in my own time and took my bags to work checking in to the Hilton that evening. Overall hotel was more tired than I was expecting considering price. I found I’d been given a room right opposite the mosque next door which had a serious p.a system that woke me up every night of my remaining stay at 5:30 am (I wore ear plugs as I travel a lot in Middle East) but this level of noise was above and beyond. On the last day I came back to find I had no towels, I chased this up with housekeeping but gave up and went out without taking a shower came back to find 2 towels but no face towel or floor towel. On last night from 2/30 am it seemed like banging and drilling from renovations was going on in the room above. again I was unable to sleep. Room was also freezing Throughout stay as a/c did not give out any warmth.
Location beside Mosque they they will wake you up at 5 AM.
We were upgraded to a Jr Suite but it did not have a lagoon view. They accommodated us and gave us a smaller room with a view. Buffet breakfast was included because I am a Gold Member. The only complaint was there was a family across the hall that had 3 rooms and the kids were up all night. We called the front desk but no one answered so we went to the 24-hour gym to work out. Afterward, we took advantage of an empty lobby and took pictures of the beautiful staircase and chandelier. We took a nap and woke up a few hours later for the delectable breakfast buffet with an omelet station (my favorite), I went to play squash where I was instructed on how to play the game by the hotel staff then I spent time in the sauna. The sauna was up and running and HOTTT (yes)! The hotel is situated in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood and easily accessible to the mall and other restaurants by taxi. We enjoyed a stroll around the lagoon. I had tea in the cafe lobby. It was a nice and enjoyable stay. The bellmen (ilyas, nazrul, kamal) were very helpful as well.
