Overall it was a great stay. I love staying at an Embassy anytime I'm out of town because they are always beautiful,

The hotel was small, only 5 floors which I loved because it was not too busy.

Cons:

The pool room was like a sauna it was so hot.

Large, comfortable rooms; convenient location.
Pros:

The suites are LARGE and comfortable. The breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, good. I am partially handicapped and appreciated the walk-in shower with a safety bar.

Cons:

I am partially handicapped. The hotel covers a block. From the elevator to our room was 225 steps (500 feet) I painfully counted them during the two to three daily round trips. We were at the Embassy Suites 4 nights but the room was cleaned only once. Although we had no problem making the bed and keeping the rooms neat, a change of towels and refill of tea packets would have been appreciated.

Pros:

The property was overall nice no major complaints.

Cons:

There is a hidden $54 parking charge and nowhere else to park. Had an issue with an uber order and front desk employee would not let person come up nor hold order until I came down.

Coming back in August will look for some place with no Valet parking but still embassy suites

My breakfast Omelet was so marvelous its like my husband had fixed it for me the chef was MARVELOUS

Pros:

The staff was really friendly and extremely polite. Felt welcomed. Breakfast was an added delite- delicious. Excellent chefs. Great location to many attractions. Will be back soon.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Happy hour is nice and not aware of any other place doing that. Breakfast was amazing. We did valet parking and it was convenient and the staff there were also friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy.

This is a great location for any stay. Close to the Cardinals baseball, and great food.
Pros:

Wallie was a great person who provided my dinner the night I stayed. He is very personable and attentive. The selection for breakfast was very generous. Creating your own omelet was nice to see egg whites. Not many places allow for that healthy alternative.
