The pool. It was very loud due to a bunch of kids and the pool was heavily chlorinated
Denis was the man Pleaset respectful and none judge mental towards me my tattoos and motorcycle. He was knowledgeable and informative of where to park my bike and the options entailed. Ultimately I opted to park with you folks great service and great time as always thanks D-MAN

The breakfast was awesome. The workers were friendly and the rooms were spacious.
Not necessarily the hotels fault but people were vaping and drinking alcohol at the pool and being obnoxious which made enjoying it with my kids a little rough. Also, we ordered pizza from the restaurant and they burnt it and had to bring another one. We ordered two burgers and they were burnt also. But the breakfast food was awesome. Hotel overall was great.

This is a comfy, clean, spacious room. The breakfast is wonderful.

Parking; coffeemaker did not work; difficulty getting anyone to answer phone when I called front desk.
The hotel was everything my family expected , it was in a good location for us to get around town, the room was nice, spacious, & very clean.
We loved it
Great experience staying at Embassy with our toddler. It was close to a lot of family attractions. We loved the breakfast and happy hour. The staff was really friendly. We used the car valet and Dae was super helpful explaining the process and helping us with all of our bags. We had no issues getting our car in and out every day.
Very clean, not sure if they had a recent remodel but carpeting and furnishings are in really good shape. Parking valet is where very nice and professional.

Did not receive good info on gym opening time. Second day, there was not towels available in gym in the morning.
Staff were incredibly helpful. The room was HUGE, with ridiculously high ceilings. Everything was clean and high quality. The breakfast included with my rate was fantastic - many options, hot breakfast, quality ingredients and delicious.
The only negative is that my room was a very long walk from the elevator, but that's just the design of the historic building.
The Suite is huge, the equipment generous, and the housekeeping first rate. We stayed for five days and became familiar with many staff members. Mr Willy Banks and Ms Tracy welcomed us to breakfast or dinner with warmth and care. As usual with Embassy Inn properties, the free drinks and snacks at five PM gave you a chance to meet other guests.
St Louis has a glorious past, but today there are many decrepit buildings in the blocks around the Embassy Suites. This makes many guests concerned about being out on the streets at dusk. We walked many blocks, and would have gone further had we not been busy at a conference.
Huge room and lovely staff. Located in the very middle of St Louis Downtown makes it super comfy to walk. Breakfast variety.
