The service was horrible this year I usually go every year this year was on a different level of horrible the staff was extremely lazy and rude I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed at all it was roaches I was yelled at by the server in the kitchen it was literally a nightmare

The hot tub was removed completely. There was no mention of this at all, and it was my birthday trip. I was devastated! If I would have known I would have booked at a different location.

All in all this was the perfect location and a lovely stay! I know we will be back again!
Pros:

The evening reception and Ryan the bartender were both excellent!! Great snacks and great options for adult refreshments. Ryan was 100% personable and attentive!!
Dennis in valet went above and beyond when we arrived on a crazy busy day!!
The omelet station in the morning was ROCKING!! The gentleman making them was super kind, crazy busy and made a delicious omelet just like I requested!

Cons:

The pool could have been larger for the size of the hotel. The in-room refrigerator needed to be colder, not enough trash cans. and the 4th floor ice machine/vending machine room smelled like it had rotten fish hiding somewhere in there.

Pros:

All the staff. Excellent. Breakfast was great. Other guests were good company and conversation about travels.

Cons:

The chaos in the street outside. All hours. Multiple occasions of couples/friends yelling screaming at one another, uncomfortable scene. block party with about 20-25 young adults screaming/twurking/loyd music/screeching tires.
