Everything!
I came to town for a Cardinals game. This was an amazing stay, convenient to Busch Stadium and The Arch, both within a 15 minute walk.
Check-in via the app was easy and my room was ready on arrival. The room was extremely clean and well stocked. The room felt very comfortable. My room faced 7th Street and it was quiet and I was not bothered by any noise, inside or outside the hotel.
Happy Hour and restaurant are on the 4th floor. Happy Hour was busy, but the appetizers were kept stocked and the drinks were awesome. The bar had a very good rum punch for happy hour. Breakfast was delicious and not as busy as I thought it would be. I did go within the first 90 minutes of opening with no wait.
I self parked at a garage 1 1/2 blocks away at half the price of valet. I felt safe walking around outside the hotel during my stay.
I absolutely loved this property and would stay here again, without hesitation!

Was greeted by every staff member that I came in contact with. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. They even had bacon. Most places don't.
The valet team greeted us and our mass of luggage promptly and graciously.
We had a roof top luggage carrier, and they advised us that it would not fit in their parking deck (height-wise).
Dae and his colleague assisted us with removal and brought it to our room for easy storage during our stay.

We were in and out the full trip and the team were consistently responsive and pleasant.
We had a great experience at the hotel. We had to take my son to the hospital quickly. The valet brought our car back so quickly. It got us on the road much faster than I expected. Thanks to Yashar and the crew!!

Beautiful area
Dinner wasn’t as I thought it would be. Valet at night was horrible
Room size was nice.
The hallway and entire room smelled like cigarettes. We told the staff and they said they’re booked so sorry about your luck. Then gave us Lysol disinfectant spray to “help with the smell”. I had three children - one being an infant - who did not deserve to suffer through the strong smell all night.
The first room has Dirty Socks in the closet. All the furniture was torn damaged the drawers wouldn’t close on the dresser, it was dusty I was worried about the electrical cuz it was so old looking . old crumbs all by the microwave didn’t look like anyone cleaned the room at all . The air conditioner is not in the bedroom it’s in the table sitting area with a weird wood box sitting o the top of it with a rusty grill where the air comes out . very dirty carpet with lots of stains and couch very stained …it was a room gifted to us for free so we had to stay but the peeps that gave it to us would have never stayed here had they seen it . The lobby was stinkin hot no air conditioning , couldn’t get excited about the breakfast cuz everything just seemed dirty( I’m a not a super clean freak or germaphobe either) Its gross . Don’t stay here.
