Pros:

Breakfast had many selections, decent taste.
Room was very big, pillows and blankets were nice.

Cons:

The pool is disgusting, rusty equipment, dirty walls, and the entire rim of the pool is discolored and looks unappealing to swim in.
The hotel carpets and walls had many stains, windows look dirty, and our room was not cleaned throughly, we found trash under the couch and table, and the refrigerator was hanging open when we entered.

Beautiful location in the heart of St. Louis
Pros:

I enjoyed the location and the size of the room.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard so I layed on a bunch of pillows. The valet parking was amazing but it was over priced in my opinion. $52 / night is a lot when there aren't many other options around.

Very pleasant stay, large rooms and good amenities.
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The included breakfast and evening reception was a nice bonus. Our room was huge with very high ceilings. My son thought it was the nicest hotel he had ever been too. The staff was extremely responsive when there was an issue in the middle of the night with excessive noise from another room on our floor.

Cons:

The bed was could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

EXPECTATIONS UNMET. QUALITY POOR!
Pros:

The staff was helpful. The men who worked the valet were friendly and moved promptly to bring our car around. The pillows were exceptional. The breakfast food was good overall.

Cons:

The Atrium restaurant may have been the worst hotel restaurant I have ever encountered. It sounded nice in the online description so rather than go out for dinner in the freezing cold weather we chose to eat in the restaurant. It was dirty and nothing like what the word "Atrium" evokes. Our order took forever to be delivered but there were hardly any other customers. It started with two of us receiving our food (with many ordering requests disregarded) and then quite a while later the third was delivered and then for my granddaughters meal it took 20 minutes after that for her child's meal to be delivered. It was a piece of grilled chicken and fries. The kitchen staff seemed to be clueless and jiving with the waitress joking and ignoring the customers. No attention paid to the customers experience. The "free" stuff was not replenished and there was no ice in the machine which required quite a process to remedy. The food was tasteless and not appetizing and felt suspicious to eat.

The room itself was adequate. Very minimal decor and comfort was not great. The bathroom Kleenex ran out immediately, toilet paper was scarce and the housekeepers won't clean your room if you are in it. The paper products used were horribly thin and scratchy. I think one of the MOST UPSETTING things was the frustrating nature of the trash cans. I know this sounds very picky but I have never been somewhere where the trash cans have dividers but the plastic liners don't, so the trash just sits on the top of the plastic and falls all over the floor. It is so frustrating and is the height of stupidity. I tried every way to remedy the situation but there wasn't nothing that could be done. The bathroom would benefit from having more hooks. One day maybe hotels will realize that when you are traveling hooks can be your best friend for your clothes and ease of function.

Great experience
Pros:

Stayed weekend with our club volleyball team for tournament. Hotel was very accommodating. Exceptional service from Valet Denis, great omelettes from Chef Joshua, and all wait staff in atrium/lounge. Maid service also great. Everyone friendly and responsive to requests.
