It was a perfect visit.
Pros:

It was clean, every staff member we encountered was happy and friendly. Location was fantastic, food was good, fitness center was excellent, pool was not crowded and was clean. Rooms were huge and well stocked.

Recommend for the location, very dog friendly.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great. Breakfast was delicious and robust. Room was very large.

Cons:

Beds were quite uncomfortable. We had to switch rooms because one bed was so sunken in. Staff was very accommodating, but the second bed was not much better.

Loud, old, and disappointed

Cons:

Originally booked as husband wanted to self park. The information on booking.com stated that there was self parking. When I checked in, they told me they did not do self-parking and we had to give our keys to the valet at $52 a night. Room window was open at least half an inch so we heard traffic all night. I closed the window but it was still extremely loud. Drag racing, street traffic, and even pigeons cooing could be heard with the windows “shut”. Hot water took at least two to three minutes to warm up in the shower and sink. The coffee maker was fine but they didn’t replenish the coffee accessories so I was left on my last morning without creamer or sugar. Never had anything to stir coffee with. Stained carpet. Door didn’t latch properly between the living area and the bedroom.

The location to the America Dome was perfect and local food.

Cons:

We were not able to check in early. When we did go to check in there was not enough receptionist to accommodate the crowd. The lady was not very pleasant as the dayshift staff was very pleasant and very helpful. We had been told that our items would be held in valet and then when room became available they would be moved to room and they were not and that was an ordeal. I had the valet ticket and another person in my party had the ticket for our luggage and receptionist got hateful about that. Saying we were trying to deceive her about our luggage and she wasn't going to give the wrong luggage to the wrong person. Then I got mad and lost my cool. I travel ALOT and there was so much of the day that could have been handled better considering the amount of people coming and going and the that I had reserved my room in advance and then the amount of a staff on hand was just not enough to handle the event that was happening. I won't use this hotel again for this event.
