The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell of cigarette:( it was too strong.
With that said, I still recommend it.
Everyone welcomes you with a smile! I had lunch and dinner in one of their restaurants and I loved it.
I left this morning and said to the receptionist that they'll see me back the future :)

The front desk staff in Tower One are extremely rude.
I witnessed them being rude to a customer and they were just as rude to me.
But the staff in Tower 2 and 4 are amazing. Also the kitchen staff are nice.

I loved the hotel’s warm hospitality, attentive staff, and convenient location. While the dining options is excellent, The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed.
If I had to mention something, overall it was a great experience. Bravo Ezdan Hotel!
