Short but took the sting out of a very stressful time.
Pros:

Excellent and very helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us, my mother in law was in hospital and the receptionist was genuinely concerned, she was so good. And when we had a little time to relax the bar staff were friendly and very efficient. Everyone else seemed to be having a great time.

No me gustaron las camas
Pros:

La atención de Diana, la chica de recepción, fue excelente.
Nos orientó muy bien, siempre fue muy cordial, eso es Calidad de Servicio👏

Cons:

Que las camas son individuales 😏

La habitación no es como se mostraba en fotos, cuando hice la reserva. Entiendo que puede ser estilo minimalista, pero le falta como algo alegre.

Me pareció demasiado simple, sobre todo donde están las dos camas.

Pros:

Hemos estado 12 días con nuestra pequeña de 5 meses y todo ha sido muy cómodo para viajar con un bebé tan pequeño. Hay cunas disponibles o en nuestro caso, cama extra en la habitación.Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, desde el bar, limpieza y recepción. Todos han sido muy profesionales y agradables con nuestras peticiones, gracias de nuevo a todos por hacernos nuestra estancia en Benidorm excelente :)

Cons:

Por decir algo, pero no ha sido problema. El aire acondicionado aunque funciona bien, no tiene termostato, con lo que no se puede ajustar a la temperatura deseada.
