The staff tried their best, but it doesn’t make up for how terrible this place is. The room was ridiculously small — like staying in a closet — and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I felt cheated for the money I paid. Never staying here again!

Väldigt bra bemötande och jättebra service.

Beach hotel olması öncelikli tercih sebebimdi. Geç check in yaptım, kusursuz bir karşılama idi. Sabah uyandığımızda ise Soner beyin misafirperverliği ve Açık büfe kahvaltısında şefin ilgisi alakası ile onore olduk, bu işletmeye tekrar yolumun düşmesini iple çekeceğim.

Tek gece konaklama için rezervasyon yaptırdım, çift kişilik yatak diye belirtmeme rağmen önce tek kişilik iki yataklı odayı verdiler talep üzerine değişiklik yapıldı. Ama verilen odada ki yatakta zaten tek kişilik 2 yatağın birleştirilmiş haliydi hatta biri daha yüksekti üzerine sünger gbi birşey konuşmuştu malesef. Koku.. inanılmaz kötü kokuyordu lavabo, banyo bir karış pencere var sadece ne havalandırma ne de başka bir çözüm üretilmiş. Sesinz direk dışarı gidiyor. Biz odaya terlikleri kendimiz istedik, asla kulak çöpü falan mevcut değil. El sabunu ile şampuan aynıydı ve kötüydü. Açık büfe kahvaltı diye rezervasyon yaptırdım ama otelde az müşteri var diye sadece tabak hazırlayıp verdiler. Malesef birdaha asla tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. Yazın geceliği 7 bin olan bi yer bu kadar vasat olamazdı. Tek güzel yani denize çok yakın, sahili temiz..

Veldig bra. Hyggelig personale og bra renhold. God beliggenhet og deilig med privat strand. Litt støy på kvelden, men ble rolig da vi skulle sove i 23-tiden. Helt grei frokost.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend, but when we read the reviews there were many complaints about various things. We chose it anyway. And we couldn't be more happier. The hotel was fantastic, right on the beach. Everyone was super nice and the best service. The man who ran the hotel was always there and helped with everything. Really nice people. The breakfast was perfect and we had a balcony with a view to the sea. The music at the hotel next door that others complain about is just super nice to listen to. It is a shame that this hotel has not received more good reviews because it deserves the best. We are definitely going back.

Otel’in konumu cok Iyi ama profilde görünen oda ile hiç alakası yoktu , oda çok küçüktü, içerde tek kişilik tek yatak vardı , tuvalet çok küçüktü neredeyse yüz yıkama yeri bile yoktu. Reception daki hamımefendi çok yardımseverdi . Ona teşekkür ediyorum . Eğer 10 üzerinden değerlendirmek gerekiyorsa 5 veriyorum.

A place to rest and have fun in between for adults. Regulating water in the showers is what they promised to work on. Otherwise contented!

Vi blev rigtig godt modtaget, og havde et fantastisk ophold. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme, venlige og høflige.

Hotellet var bra, god service av de som jobbet der. Dålig madrass.. Det som ødela hele oppholdet var støy fra nabohotellet som spilte musikk hele døgnet.. Det hørtes ut som om de satt på altanen hos oss. 😝Blir ikke å bruke dette hotellet ved neste reise!

Very dark bedrooms. Furnishings in rooms could be better. Cleanliness was average in rooms but was better in communal areas. More effort should be made to improve the bedrooms in the hotel. Noisy at night due to bar next door as well as other residents. Breakfast was average. Staff in restaurant were friendly. Disappointed when checking in the receptionist said that the booking couldn’t be found and wanted to charge €90.

Zimmer sah nicht aus wie auf den bildern obwohl wir ein Zimmer für 3 personen mit 3 Einzelbetten und meerblick gebucht haben bekamen wir ein doppelzimmer und leider auch kein meerblick nachdem wir das ansprachen mussten wir 1 tag da verbringen da rezeption anscheinend nichts ändern kann danach bekamen wir ein apartment was besser war Strand war sehr gut und Frühstücken war ok leider ist der Zustand des hotels garnicht wie auf den bildern würde nicht noch einmal dahin..

It was ok

The place is nearby the Cleopatra Beach, it has it's own private beach for hotel guests. This is a big plus, I am well satisfied the condition of the room and cleanliness. Only one con is I have reserved double bed room but the management gave me two separate single bed room. This was not my booking and i was disappointed from this result. Anyway I can pick up this place for another short time stay in the future. So i can suggest this place to potential customers.

Overall a fine hotel with a good location. We got a room close to the trash bins. They changed our room later on to one of the best rooms of the hotel with a sea view.

Reception and cleaning staff was friendly, but the staff at the sun beds was not service minded at all. We ordered 2 sparkling waters and one of them was not full and without gas (we believe it had been open for a while), so we ask for a new one. 2 min later we got the same bottle back, just filled up with some water. We complaint again and this time we asked them to open it in front of us and they did.

After that so guy from the top management kept staring at us, like we did something wrong.

Everything is 10/10. Good rooom, good food, clean, 0 min to the beach, perfect view. recommend.

First of all we have changed so many rooms that we have forgot what was the room number, i put some photos of the rooms we could barely stayed at. First room they have put us in had to be an economic room but we have booked a standard one. They told us they were out of free rooms and tried to put us in this nonsense started from day one. Breakfast was pretty bad just plain simple things and also stale breads, rotten fruits. Second room’s bathroom had leakage from the ceiling. One day the cleaner told us they had no face and foot towels which was pretty awkward. Also when we were at beach we have been told that the restaurant in service applying 10% discount, but the personnel were not aware about it. I suggest no one should stay in this hotel.
