Location brilliant but quite dated now
Pros:

Location has the potential to be world class. Not the Lemonthyme Lodge I remember from earlier days

Cons:

Limited staff numbers who appeared exhausted with their multiple roles. Animal feeding schedule was often not adhered to and was half hearted. Restaurant lacking ambience. Self catering facilities were limited. Walking tracks didn’t appear to be maintained.

Would stay here again...
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Lemonthyme. The cabins were warm and cosy, beds were comfy and the bush setting was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our dinner and cooked breakfast options at the onsite restaurant. About a 30min drive to Cradle Mountain which we did each day. Dirt road was in good condition - narrow in sections but we had no issues..just take it slow. Would definately stay again.

Cons:

The cues for the billiard table were broken and the ping pong bats were damaged which was a shame. Games room is a great idea it just needs some maintenance.

Pretty place if you’re going and have no intentions of travelling around. Definitely a retreat not accomodation. Unfortu
Pros:

We loved that they were gluten free inclusive and the buildings were very nice and the story behind the retreat is cool.

Cons:

We didn’t like that our power got turned off pretty consistently (renewable energy so not really their fault).
The road in is rubbish and long, the walls are thin and obnoxious neighbours make things pretty unpleasurable.
The staff are polite but not warm and welcoming which I think a place like this needs.

Staff were lovely and made our stay more comfortable. Dinner was nice.
Pros:

Great walking trails and views. Warm and spacious room.

Cons:

Cleanliness of our room was disappointing. Lots of cobwebs and dust on top of furniture and the kettle/coffee machine. Bath was also dusty with a few bugs, jets were not clean in spa.
