The hotel and the room was nice, clean and comfortable . The outlets weren't working and I couldn't recharge my phone.

Cons:

My mom stayed at the hotel and she asked two times different people at the front desk if the breakfast was included. And their respond was-it depends on how much we paid for booking. But she didn’t know bc it was booked for her from third party. And they didn’t want to check in the system or hepl her. She left without it and later we figured out that it was included. So unprofessional customer service

Вежливый и приятный персонал, по приезду удалось пообедать в ресторане, просто, но вкусно, по-домашнему. Завтрак шведский стол, было из чего выбрать, так же просто, но вкусно. Расположение отеля хорошее, до центра на такси 6-7 минут, не далеко аэропорт. При желании пешком до центра 20 минут.Тихое спокойное место Чистое белье и полотенца, все убрано, запаха нет. Двухспальная кровать удобная, диван нет.

Cons:

Единственный минус: как оказалось, третье спальное место в номере это раскладывающийся диван, который основательно продавлен и спать на нем очень не удобно. Мы были на Новый год и в номере было прохладно, но у нас были пледы с собой поэтому дополнительно одеяла не просили. Номер скорее 2 местный, а не 3 местный как было заявлено.
