On the positive side, the location was convenient and easily accessible. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The facilities were generally well-maintained, and we appreciated the peaceful environment.

Cons:

Despite requesting clean towels and toilet paper more than once, they were not delivered to our room. We had to make a second follow-up in the evening when we noticed nothing had been provided. This was frustrating and negatively impacted our overall experience.

My 2 encounters with staff was disturbing. Rude lady at reception and condescending lady in the breakfast place. The food was so underwhelming.
The room wasn't quite clean with soiled linen.
A huge disappointment for the brand.
