The hotel is well located but requires some TLC.
Pros:

The staff were quite responsive to room requests.

Cons:

I occupied unit 210 which has a basin that needs attention, no how shower caps and heating that was not working on a cold night.

Nice, wish staff answered phones from rooms or were on duty st night
Pros:

Nice visuals and gardens are homely.

Cons:

Phone in rooms don’t work, or staff are asleep.
Too little water in room. I know water is not expensive but it is a hassle to drive to a shop at 3 in the morning because there is no water in room.
