Convenient, central and comfortable.
El hotel en sí es genial, desde las instalaciones, la comida, el personal. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, con todas las prestaciones necesarias, partiendo por la televisión, escritorio, detalles como tener termo para hacer café o té. Baño con ducha y tina.
El personal siempre fue atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera. El hotel tiene amplios jardines para disfrutar, piscina que si bien no usé por el clima, verla en el entorno era un placer.
El hotel cuenta con servicio de van para 5km a la redonda, lo cual es sumamente práctico y útil.
El desayuno es buffet, por lo que puedes comer a destajo.
La televisión un poco lenta debido a que es un poco antigua, pero cumplía con su deber.
Me quedé 6 días, es un hotel excelente. Con personal sumamente amable, instalaciones cómodas y espaciosas, es para no salir del cuarto.
Buena comida con un menú bastante variado.

Easy access to appointments and destinations
The wifi was unreliable, had to keep going to reception to connect, then back to the room.
The electric towel rail didn't work even though we reported it to reception and maintenance.

You literally pay R50 extra for room service, on the second day there were no clean towels and now water.
I love the place overall, staff, food, location!
Ghe TV was buffering 90% of the time, very frustrating, please fix that.
Stunning location, beautiful to have the gardens it has in the middle of jhb. They offer a 5km radius shuttle which is such an awesome feature.
There isn’t great sound protection, so even someone walking in the corridor is very loud.
