If I could give more than five stars, I would—and it’s because of Carina and Rowena.

As a swim parent, I’ve been staying at Home 2 Suites, Lexington Park for almost 10 years while attending my son’s swim meets, and I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

The first people I look forward to seeing every year are Carina and Rowena. They are truly the heart of this hotel. Every time I walk through the door, they greet me with a great big hug, call me by name, and make me feel like family. That kind of genuine warmth is something you simply don’t find very often, and it’s one of the reasons I always look forward to coming back.

Over the years, I’ve watched them go above and beyond, not just for me, but for our swim families as well. They consistently roll out the red carpet and make sure every stay is seamless. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests are what keep me coming back year after year.

The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who make the difference. Carina and Rowena have created an atmosphere where guests feel valued, appreciated, and welcomed. In today’s world, that level of customer service is rare, and they deliver it effortlessly.

After almost 10 years of staying here, I can honestly say that Carina and Rowena are a big part of why I continue to choose Home 2 Suites, Lexington Park. They make every visit feel welcoming, effortless, and special.

The entire experience was perfect. The room was clean and very state of the art. The receptionists Carina and Jackie were extremely helpful and courteous. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. :).

The breakfast was just wonderful! Although I only got to utilize it one morning, it was wonderful. I will definitely return to this Hotel when I come back to visit.

Carina was so friendly at checkout and we chatted about places to visit in the area since I’ve never been here before. Rooms are spotless and customer service was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again when I come back in May.
