Pros:

Fantastic Hotel, great location, room (eventually) was brilliant, I would definitely stay there again

Cons:

Check in at the so called Signature Lounge. They thought they were doing me a favour, by upgrading it, but I wanted the room I'd paid for, which was a Lumphini Park view room. Thankfully, the staff on floor 9's main reception were fantastic. Especial shout out to Tae (Teddy), he was great, and got me the room I wanted. Very good person

L’accueil de Simon à la conciergerie, la vue, le personnel du club signature et le petit déjeuner au Red Oven

Cons:

L’hôtel est vieillissant et manque d’entretien (évier qui fuit, meubles usés dans la chambre et confort du matelas. J’ai connu c’est hôtel en 2014 (chambre en corner thème terre magnifique)c’était un véritable 5 étoiles luxe, ce n’est malheureusement plus d’actualité. J’ai réservé 4 nuits avec accès au club privé et malgré cela j’ai eu une chambre à un étage bas (chambre thème acier qui fait penser à un milieu hospitalier) . Le mini bar gratuit n’a jamais été regarnis pendant notre séjour, idem pour les capsules de café.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

Staff is so kind. I found the lobby very comfortable. The pool area was clean. Next time I prefer having a choice of room style. The white room is not my style, but it was ok. Coffee was good. Rooftop very nice.
