Nice for a short trip

Tower hotel with dark interiors, great views and food but in a very busy part of Bangkok

The views over the park from level 7 and 10 are lovely

Cons:

Would have been better to alert us to the electricity outage scheduled the day after we arrived. We couldn’t stay in the room to recover as we would have liked. When the sink in our room leaked and wet all our medications and toiletries bags it was fairly dismal. The duty manager did arrange a couple of things to make us feel better

Staff were their best asset! Spacious room.

The connecting lifts… quite frustrating as the lifts are also relatively slow.

Pros:

Schöner Pool, spezielle Zimmer, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Für uns war es etwas zu 'posh' was dann aber nicht mit den Details im Zimmer übereinstimmt (z.B. Sauberkeit in den Ecken etc). Auch fanden wir unser Zimmer sehr dunkel so dass für uns kein Wohlfühlfaktor aufkam. Ist aber Geschwackssache.
