Poor management service, I will not return again after the garbage service that I personally experienced.

The lumpini park view is spectacular.
- No power outlet on the right side of the bed.
- Room only has 3 total power outlets, 2 for the coffee machine & kettle & just one for your phone charger.
- Staff will not deliver packages to your room. You will have to walk down & outside the building to a smelly disgusting back alley where they dump the garbage just to pick your grab food order.
- We booked a spa couples massage and we were given a dingy dark room with no view of the park.
- The rooms are in dire need of maintenance. The bathroom sink looks disgusting with black in the corners and poor sealant work.
- The bathroom sink splashes water when you use it and it has this stupid angled design but the water does not run over the slope, so you have to manually wash it every single time you use it.

Emplacement
L’infrastructure, l’hôtel en lui-même, le personnel, ne sont pas du tout au niveau d’un 5* ni du prix et des tarifs affichés.
Le parvis de l’hôtel est brouillon, on ne sait pas où on est… le bar sert également d’accueil checkin et checkout.
L’hôtel est globalement beaucoup plus petit qu’il n’en a l’air en photo.
Les chambres méritent un sérieux rafraîchissement tout comme les installations (électricité, boutons d’éclairage, …).
C’est un bon hôtel pour séminaire, pas pour des vacanciers à la recherche d’un service hôtelier 5 étoiles.
J’espère que cet avis servira aux futurs voyageurs, il existe beaucoup d’hôtels à Bangkok, à tarifs équivalents, avec des services beaucoup plus qualitatifs.
