Havuz suyu biraz soğuktu. 3 gece kaldım ama beyazlık ki televizyon kullanamadık. Yenilendiği için dediler ama 3 günde bir kanal ayarı yapılabilirdi.

Everything was written with instructions but there were no instructions that minibar is paid. They should mention that as well. Feels like cheating

Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations, despite the room offering one of the most beautiful views I could imagine — truly the only strong point of the stay.

However, several issues made the stay uncomfortable:
• Room temperature was very warm and the cooling system was not working.
• Room service never answered the phone, even late at night when I urgently needed something.
• At 12 AM I went down to reception, and the staff member said “I will let them know but I don’t think they can do anything” — which felt very unprofessional and impolite.
• The pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
• The duvet looked very old and worn out.
• The sofa had visible burn marks, which gives a very poor impression for a hotel at this level.
• I tried having lunch at the hotel restaurant (which I normally never do), and the quality was disappointing. Both the pasta and the burger were below average, and the burger had an unpleasant smell.

The amazing view is truly the highlight, but overall the hotel needs serious improvement in service, room quality, and staff attitude.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Dedeman Zonguldak Hotel. I received excellent customer service from the receptionists, staff, cleaners, and kitchen workers. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone.

Magical place
Pros:

Excellent location with a beautiful view. It was amazing to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the rocks truly relaxing. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Shampoo and shower gel were of poor quality. I believe the hotel could provide better toiletries. The furniture could use some maintenance. Overall, the place is acceptable and comfortable.

5 star hotel in Zonguldak
Pros:

This is the only 5-star hotel in Zonguldak. The hotel location is good, and staff were friendly and helpful. The room with sea view was very spacious and so was the bathroom but the TV was small and kind of old. Bed was comfortable but pillows need to be cushioned. The room and bed quite neat and clean but still need sort of deep cleaning. The rooftop dining area and bar were beautiful with lovely views of the water and the city. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from.

الموقع جيد والغرفه نظيفه وكبيره الاطلاله جيده

الموظفون غير لطفاء وعندما اردنا تغير الغرفه لان الصوت بالغرفه قريب من صوت الالات الخاجيه مزعج
لما ارى اي اهتمام وحتى الموظف الاخر قال كلمه لم تعجبني وعلما نحن نعرف اللغه التركيه وهو يعتقد اننا لم نفهمه

Pros:

Beautiful views with excellent breakfast location and views. They also served a wide variety of food. Amazing gym with a solid selection of equipment that also was spacious. Overall, some attention to detail was missing as our bathroom door was broken, therefore could not be closed. The shampoo bottle was empty and fell off the wall. The body wash bottle contained conditioner.
