My friend and I stayed for 3 days in Istanbul at the Georges. Was an absolutely perfect location and the staff were exceptional, always greeting us and answering all of our questions. We had major issues with luggage and they called Turkish airlines for us every day. Would recommend!

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة، وأكثر ما يميّز المكان هو مستوى الخدمة العالي ولطف جميع الموظفين دون استثناء. أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لياسين وجانسر، وكذلك لمدير الفندق، على اهتمامهم الدائم براحة النزلاء وحرصهم على تلبية جميع الاحتياجات بكل احترافية وابتسامة صادقة تعكس روح الضيافة الحقيقية.
الفندق من نوع البوتيك الهادئ والأنيق، ويقع في موقع مميز جدًا بالقرب من برج غلطة، ومحاط بالعديد من المقاهي والمطاعم. كما أن الإطلالة المباشرة على مضيق البوسفور من الغرف الواقعة في الأدوار العليا تضيف بُعدًا خاصًا للإقامة وتجعل التجربة أكثر تميزًا ولا تُنسى.

My stay at this hotel was truly excellent, and what stood out the most was the exceptional level of service and the kindness of all the staff. I would like to especially thank Yassin, Canser, and the hotel manager for their constant care, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to ensuring guests’ comfort. Their warm smiles and professionalism truly made a difference.
The hotel is a charming boutique property, ideally located very close to Galata Tower and surrounded by numerous cafés and restaurants. In addition, the direct view of the Bosphorus from the rooms on the upper floors adds a whole new dimension to the stay and makes the experience truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again in the future.
الإضاءة في الغرف والممرات خافتة جدًا وتحتاج إلى إعادة نظر لتكون أكثر راحة، خصوصًا في المساء.
كما لاحظت وجود انقطاع متكرر في الكهرباء، إلا أنها كانت تعود بشكل فوري ولم تؤثر بشكل كبير على الإقامة، لكنها نقطة تستحق الانتباه والتحسين.
The lighting in the rooms and common areas is quite dim and could benefit from improvement to make it more comfortable, especially in the evenings.
There were also occasional power interruptions; however, electricity was restored immediately. While it did not significantly affect the stay, it is an area that could be improved.
Staff very friendly and helpful, delicious food and drink, lovely area. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
Lighting could have been better, shower water spilled over bathroom floor.

From the moment I made my reservation until the end of my stay I had one of the most outstanding hospitality provided by a star class hotel. This is not your average hotel. It’s a work of Art with another level of maintaining superior quality, exquisite taste, dedication and passion. All thanks to “Alex Varlik” who is the man behind the successful legacy of providing World class hospitality to all travelers. I was honored to have met him personally to hear his story on how far he has come to build up this business which is truly a part of his soul & passion contributing the nation. I was truly inspired by the way he maintains the superior quality of the hotel, his professional staff and great customer service!

Staff like Yasin & team made all the difference. We were warmly welcomed and made us feel so welcomed and happy throughout the stay. Any special requests we made were immediately fulfilled and the response was super fast. Yasin gave me perfect guidance on how to navigate around the city, on most visited attractions i.e antique shops, chapels close by and on lovely restaurants/cafes.

The rooms are with high ceilings and and intricate designs. The bathroom fittings and all other equipments are quite new and well maintained. every thing has been done with attention to detail preserving the beauty of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of the istanbul city! The food was amazing.

Talking about the location, I believe this location is the true essence of Istanbul, Türkiye. I wouldn’t have chosen any other place other than “Georges Hotel Galata!” It’s simply few steps away from the Galata tower and all the amazing attractions, restaurants and shops.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location.
Electricity was off and on very often (every 30seconds) at times. Fluctuated throughout the stay. Fixtures were not up to standard. Leaking shower left water all over the bathroom floor. Doorknobs fell off. Sockets and power flux ruined multiple adapters.
The room is extremely spacious and really well located. It has a fantastic view in the rooftop bar
