The Georges Hotel is located in the Galata area close to restaurants, cafés and shopping. It is located in an charming, historical building. Staff in the reception are very helpful. We were particularly delighted about the friendly assistance of Yasin.
Breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant; however, it is prohibitively expensive. We also experienced interruptions to the water supply and a shortage of towels.
Apart from its central Galata location, George Hotel has little to offer.
Wi‑Fi is unreliable, the bathroom has multiple malfunctions, the elevator stopped working at one point, and the staff were not helpful when we raised our concerns early in our stay.

Amazing location and building with fantastic staff who put a lot of effort into guest experience.
Bathrooms needs some work, shower floods the floor and taps don’t work very well, is definitely a weak point for the hotel, which detracts value for money. The rooftop bar is ludicrously expensive, charging €20 for a glass of wine, €14 for a beer absolutely not worth going with so many better options across the city.
Очень понравилось расположение отеля. В пяти минутах ходьбы Галатская башня, Истикляль . До Босфора 15 минут ходьбы . Вид из окна потрясающий , смена постельного белья ежедневная. У нас был номер с балконом на 4 этаже . Советую брать номера на верхних этажах: утром будете просыпаться в лучах солнца с потрясающим видом на Босфор❤️
Администраторы заслуживают отдельного внимания, настолько они вежливые, готовые помочь с любым вопросом 24/7 👌
