Nice room, good layout, spacious.

Location is good, near Intramuros and Chinatown

Cons:

Breakfast is very mediocre. There is an omelette station, but fried eggs and French toast we ordered came immediately (obviously prepared beforehand) and were cold. Non-Asian breakfast options are limited

Great location in old Manila
Pros:

If you want to stay in old Manila and be amongst the hustle and bustle of Chinatown this is a great location. If you like walking you can explore the area which has plenty of churches and you can walk to Intramuros as well. Otherwise Grab or tuk tuk are plentiful.

Staff good but did not pay attention to the rules of check in.

Personal was excellent

Cons:

When booking it says check in at 1:00 to 2:00 pm ,I showed up at 2:15 and room not ready till 2:45 , booking was made 7 days in advance too.

Comfortable room, polite staff.
Pros:

Comfortable room and bed with working AC. Good location next to various sights in Binondo Chinatown and around metro Manila.

Cons:

Check in took way too long. At least 15 guests were waiting to check in at 2:45pm when check in time was clearly stated as 2pm. Finally checked in at 3:24pm after arriving at 1:45pm.

The location in Chinatown is not as tourist friendly as people might think.
It's actually quite dirty and messy and has nothing to offer
I would recommend staying in Intramuros

Pros:

The staff we're so helpful and happy. The room was spacious and clean. The location was fairly central to lots of sights. This hotel.is in Chinatown and the area is very busy day and night, so lots to see and taste!!

Cómodo, pero ruidoso.
Pros:

Habitación amplia y cómoda, el baño también muy bien. Había un problema con la reserva y nos lo solucionaron satisfactoriamente. Está cerca de Intramuros.

Cons:

Muy ruidoso, mal aislamiento, se oye todo el ruido de la calle, las campanas De la Iglesia de al lado tocando a las 6 de la mañana, las obras del edificio que está al lado. El check in muy lento, nos pidieron 6000 pesos de fianza, que me parece una barbaridad.

Pros:

The location is very convenient. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

We cant park because the slope of the way to parking is too high. I hope they fix this for low vehicles. Also, not the staff's fault as it was full, but I booked early for 3 rooms and we still didnt get the rooms in the same floor.
