Location is great, 10 min walk from the train station. Room is big enough for the Japanese standards. Staff is very friendly.
Breakfast is a bento box that you can gather from front desk between 7:30 - 10:00.

Camera in stile giapponese
Pros:

Posizione comodissima vicino alla stazione di Kyoto e anche a numerosi ristoranti, centri commerciali, konbini. Nei dintorni c’è vita, e tutto il necessario. È anche comoda per prendere l’autobus (sia quelli che partono dalla stazione, a cui si arriva a piedi, o alcuni che hanno la fermata vicino all’hotel). Noi avevamo la stanza in stile giapponese che era davvero ampia per gli standard giapponesi, con terrazzino, cucinotto e aveva tutto il necessario (microonde, piccolo frigo, tazze, oltre a spazzolino e dentifricio, rasoi, spazzole per capelli, pigiama). Staff gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

Forse quello che rivedrei un po’ è la pulizia: c’era tanta polvere (sul lampadario, sul mobile della tv, sul porta-telecomandi) e il fornello presente in camera era davvero molto sporco (e infatti non l’abbiamo mai usato).

その時期の混み具合や近年のインバウンドなどを考えると、立地やサービス内容に対して値段が高くなるのは仕方がない

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, si hanno diversi minimarket, ristorantini vicini. La vicinanza con la stazione è super comodo, ci permetteva di muoverci tranquillamente senza problemi, sia con bus che con metro/treni, facendo anche tardi.

Cons:

La puzza costante di fumo, una scarsa circolazione dell'aria che sembrava si impregnasse sui vestiti, ma una parte è stata colpa mia a non essermi accorta della prenotazione in camera fumatori (eravamo 2 non fumatori)
