La réception est ouverte 24 heures / 24 et l'établissement est équipé d'un ascenseur. Accueil sympathique et compétent. Le service de chambre est efficace et bien organisé. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner servi dans une large plage horaire à partir de 6h30. L'hôtel offre un excellent niveau de service pour des prix appréciables dans une ville assez chère comme Lyon et est situé dans un bon quartier bien accessible.

Se trata de un hotel francés tradicional, que está un poco envejecido por falta del necesario mantenimiento. En honor a la verdad, he de decir que me acogí a una oferta económica muy económica que encontré en Booking. La limpieza de la ropa de cama excelente, la del baño correcta, la del suelo de la habitación mejorable.

Cons:

Me instalaron en una habitación con el vaso del lavamanos roto por un impacto, y claramente desde hace tiempo. Lo comuniqué inmediatamente en recepción, para evitar malentendidos y cómo sólo era una noche no insistí en que me cambiaran. Toda la habitación (y en general el hotel) está afectado por el paso del tiempo, y necesita un mantenimiento: tan sencillo como una mano de pintura.

Cons:

Scary neighborhood, creaking floors, stairs and bed, can hear the adjacent rooms. No A/C, no water, no heater, no complimentary tea or coffee, far from the main attractions. Not good lighting. Busted bulbs cannot close the door properly.
