The staff here were so lovely and so polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay . We were out most of the day but we would come back to a clean bed and towels every day and emptied bin and lots of products . We never had to ask for anything except for an iron and iron table and tget gave it us immediately and it was mini and so easy to use . I would definitely stay at Best Hotel Shinjuku again. It was perfect for our stay in Tokyo . Thank you to all the wonderful staff there who also made us laugh and we were very happy .

It was one was the best hotel experiences I’d say. The staffs were super friendly and polite and beyond helpful. The property itself is very minimal and simple but you can expect highest cleanliness with the facilities in the room.
Me and my husband had such great time staying with them. The area is within a Korean community but it is easy to commute to Shinjuku surroundings. With such good price and decent space hotel room we will definitely be returning for our next Tokyo trip!! Merci & 謝謝😇🌸

Pros:

Ett rent och funktionellt rum. Personalen är fantastiskt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi sökte ett enkelt hotell för övernattning med närhet till kommunikationer och hotellet passade oss precis. Sista vistelsen var det dock lite högljutt under sena timmar. Vet inte om det kom utifrån eller om det var andra gäster som väntades. Men över lag var det en bra vistelse.

Great room, great staff. Very close walking distance for tons of food options, train stations and shopping at shinjuku. Can be some drunk people walking around, but were non aggressive or confrontational! Neat the party district, so was expected!

スタッフの方の対応が親切で良かったです。お部屋もコンパクトで過ごしやすかったです。洗面所の蛇口がシャワーになってるのは便利だと思います。
パソコン作業できる机があったら良いかなと思いました。

Pros:

Logement très propre. Personnel très aimable et professionnel. Le seul bémol est le manque d'isolation des fenêtres. Les lits étant juste en dessous nous sentions le courant d'air. Matelas très ferme, un peu trop pour mon conjoint et moi mais qui conviendra peut-être à d'autres personnes.
