Simple and more than fair for the price.
Pros:

It was cheap, clean, decently close to everything, and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms felt a little small, and there wasn't much in terms of amenities, but there is a 7 Eleven nearby so it didn't matter much.

Overall, a very good value-for-money stay and a lovely first experience in Tokyo.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and offered excellent value for money — honestly one of the best parts of our stay. We could easily walk to Shinjuku very quickly, which made exploring Tokyo extremely convenient. As a first experience in Tokyo, it was really enjoyable overall.

Cons:

On the downside, the shower was in a separate room from the toilet, which we already knew beforehand, but the toilet space itself was very small. The room could also have been a bit cleaner. However, compared to typical room sizes in Japan, the rest of the room felt quite satisfactory and comfortable.

เดินทางสะดวก โรงแรมหาง่ายมาก ใกล้ 7-11 พนักงานให้การดูแลช่วยเหลือดี บริเวณรอบๆโรงแรมเงียบไม่เสียงดัง ฝากกระเป๋าได้ ถ้าไปโตเกียวอีกจะไปพักที่นี่แน่นอน

One of my favorite places to stay so far in tokyo, great location and staff and larger then average
Pros:

Staff were incredibly nice, rooms were well equipped and clean, very roomy, highly reccomend.

Cons:

Pillows could be better
