It was fine for the night - but in hindsight, I wouldn't book multiple nights there.
Pros:

Check in staff was great.
Super noisy due to the open window that can't be closed in the bathrooms. Also wouldn't want to stay in that room if it was winter or an extremely hot day as there is no way to close it.
The location was good - I mean, it's in the beach front, you can't get better.
The room was a lot smaller than I expected but I'm sure that was communicated but the photos made it look bigger.
Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The noise from the street - the window in the bathroom can't be shut.
It's cheaper than most surrounding places so that's a plus. Otherwise, it's an OK place to stay.

Overall great stay, would recommend
Pros:

Room was clean, good facilities, friendly staff. Great location.

Cons:

As it was cold we tried using the AC on a warm setting which produced a smell so we turned it off.

An amazing weekend in beautiful Manly - the views from the balcony are incredible!
Pros:

The view is exceptional, plenty of space for our family of 6 in the 3 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. Helpful that there was parking on site (Fee $45 p/night).

Cons:

Some of the furnishings could be updated - a lounge to sit 6 guests would be helpful and new pillows/mattresses.

Fantastic family run motel in an awesome location
Pros:

Reception staff were friendly, responsive and locals which made it feel more homely. The location is spectacular, right opposite the beach and walking distance to the Corso and ferry.

Cons:

There was construction in the lane behind and so the noise of trucks reversing early in the morning was disruptive.

Bathroom was very small but adequate. View was "side on" to the beach - I expected "front on". Quite noisy at night if the window was open for fresh air.
