Great value stay right in the heart of Manly beach- WHAT A VIEW
Pros:

Perfect location , balcony overlooking the beach, shops all around. Kitchen, laundry ,lounge room&Sep Bedrooms.

Cons:

A little tired and needs some love.

Fabulous location and view
Pros:

We loved the location, right amongst all the excitement of manly, so handy for the beach, Corso, cafes & restaurants & ferry. It’s not a modern property, but that’s clear from pics etc but it’s completely functional for a family - kitchen, laundry, great size balcony in unit 620.

Cons:

Use the a/c in summer, cool breeze at night but morning sun warms the rooms up and also bit too noisy to leave sliding doors open - but all manageable and worth it for location. 3rd bedroom should ideally have A/c too although it doesn’t get morning sun.

Excellent location but would recommend this motel for visitors on short term visits.
Pros:

Excellent location with a great view of the beach

Cons:

The accommodation was not suitable for our 3 week visit as there was negligible storage space. This is a motel as opposed to a hotel which would appear to cater better for short term visits as opposed to a 3 week stay. The staff very kindly provided a mobile clothing rack for us to use as there was no drawer storage and an exceptionally small cupboard which housed 6 hangers. The rack did help but took up space in an already small room. The bathroom was fine albeit basic with a small sink, awful toilet seat and was in need of an update. The bed was fine as was the tv and it was useful to have a fridge, sink and microwave. We did miss not having a safe in the room.

great location! would stay again
Pros:

Loved the location, close to everything, staff was friendly and we enjoyed having a separate entrance to come and go without having to pass reception every time. room was a good size and had a desk (perfect for working during the holidays) had fridge, sandwich maker, microwave, kettle...

Cons:

tv could use an upgrade to a smart tv, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable for me

Just whar the educators required. A clean safe place to stay.
Pros:

The room was perfect for what we had looked for. Location was fantastic for the conference that the two educators attended. Having parking onsite made life easy.

Stunning View, great location, tired apartment.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, directly opposite the beach, 100m to the Manly Corso and a 10 minute walk to the Manly Ferry. The ocean view from the balcony is also incredible.

Cons:

The apartment is visibly old and run down and does require renovations to meet reasonable standards. It appears untouched since first built which must be 40+ years ago. Old and stained carpet throughout, broken mirrors in the bathrooms and shower rails that fall down upon closing the shower curtain. With minor renovations, this would be an incredible apartment and would be comfortable and welcoming for all guests.
