Pros:

I really appreciated the excellent location, the high level of cleanliness, the good breakfast, the very helpful staff, and the proximity to the beach.

Cons:

During the night it was occasionally quite loud because the garbage bins are located very close to the hotel. The sound of glass being disposed of was especially noticeable.
The breakfast selection was good, although it remained the same every day.

Cons:

Solo comentar que algunas de las instalaciones se cierran para eventos privados, se avisa por la mañana, pero si no te das cuenta, te joroba el plan. La piscina muy clorada, pero muy limpia y bien atendida.

A fantastic beachfront hotel with amazing views, pleasant staff and great amenities.
Pros:

We loved this hotel, the location is amazing, the breakfast was great, as well as the dinner. The facilities such as the rooftop bar was an added bonus, and being steps away from the beach was 10/10.

Gorgeous hotel, disappointing pool,

Direct onto the beach and in the centre

Cons:

The pool was ridiculously small for the size of the hotel, people were reserving sun beds then disappearing for breakfast, lunch etc even though it says you can’t reserve sun beds the pool attendant did nothing to stop these people

Perfect stay, beautiful food and clean and comfy facilities.
Pros:

Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. Bathroom facilities were clean and tidy. Liked that the room has a bath and a shower facility as we had a toddler with us. Balcony was very spacious with enough seating for us all. There was a fridge where we could keep drinks cool for an evening once back at the room. The food was delicious and there was a good range of different foods on offer each night.

Cons:

One of the air con vents in our room was not working properly meaning only one side of the room became cool enough on a night. This wasn't a huge problem until the last night when it was very hot and it was difficult to cool down in the room.

Pros:

We had a beautiful view of the promenade. The staff upgraded our room because they had availability. :) The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the beach.

Cons:

You can hear the guests in the neighbouring rooms.

One slightly unpleasant experience was with the parking. We had our own car, and the hotel provides paid parking. When we received the remote control, we paid for the parking in cash. Unfortunately, we threw away the receipt because we trusted the hotel. When checking out, we were asked to pay for the parking again because I could not prove that we had already paid.

So just a little warning — make sure to keep your receipt!

A disappointing story in a beautiful spot !
Pros:

The place

Cons:

1) They wrongly registered my 17 old daughter as 1 year old and put a crib in the room
2) Then the sofa which they offered to convert into the bed was extremely dirty with lots of stains - really disgusting!
3) The wardrobe in the room is barely for one person let alone for 2 or 3 !
4) And finally, we checked out yesterday and I left my Apple Watch in the room! I could locate it via my iPhone still to be in the hotel in the evening when I called them as soon as I realized. Almost 12 hours and 2 phone calls later, still no news about my Apple Watch !!
