Fix the lifts!
Pros:

Location by the beach. Lola on reception who helped me so much through a very difficult time. Thank you Lola.

Cons:

The lift broke regularly. Leading to having to walk up stairs many floors in the heat. My partner had a heart failure on the stairs, fell badly all when the lift was broken leading to an 18 day Intensive care hospital stay. When i checked out of the hotel early to move to Palma to be near him, I asked for some reimbursement for the two nights I cancelled and despite applying for this directly and via Booking.com they did nothing.

Rent og lækkert overalt.

Svært at få plads ved poolen- heldigvis er stranden vidunderlig. Relativt lille værelse med lille balkon

Ze se nedalo dostat lehátko u bazénu , pokud člověk nečekal přímo v 9.00 pres bazénem pak se navalí lidé a daji si ručník a jdou pric a personal stim nic neděla to to není preci normální když maji málo lehátek

Hôtel très bien placé, le Port de Soller est top! 👌
Pros:

Situation incroyable sur le front de mer. Parking très abordable en proximité immédiate, places réservées aux clients de l'hôtel. Chambres propres, confortables, fonctionnelles.
Le port de Soller est un point de chute idéal pour visiter les superbes villages environnants. De nombreux restaurants, une plage vaste, propre et très sympa.

Cons:

On a été déçu par le petit déjeuner malgré un buffet très varié.

Definitely coming back to this one.
Pros:

Gorgeous location on the main promenade, with a nice pool, good breakfast and very well equipped room. To our delight we were upgraded to the very best room, which of course makes this review even more favourable!

Cons:

The balcony had amazing views but unfortunately was facing right into the sun so was actually too hot to sit out on in the early evening, but in fairness it was an extremely hot day.

Great location, very average property for the price.
Pros:

For the premium rooms with seaside view, they were spacious for one or two people with a very good sized balcony, basic facilities and good view. Big selection at buffet breakfast, but not exceptional quality.

Cons:

Overly expensive and not great value given the condition of the property - old, damaged rooms and needs renovation. I personally didn’t like the lack of privacy on the balconies and crowded pool areas but that goes with this kind of large hotel.

Ideal location but could be improved
Pros:

The location is perfect for staying in the port and access to the beach with surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was good with a large variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were neatly kept and good size.

Cons:

There weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, we were having to queue 15 mins before opening time to fight for a bed, and then the lifeguard would threaten to remove our items if we were gone for 30 mins, although one time she did it after 5 mins! The room cleaning was ok but I noticed none of the hair was removed from the drains. Additionally the ‘gym’ consisted of a few broken cardio machines and one rack of weights, not good enough of the number of guests the hotel can accommodate!
