The listing Booking was wrong. It said the property was listed on 4th Street and Boardwalk. It was on 25th street.

There was no stay. I had to pay for 2 rooms I couldn't use.
Pros:

I tried to cancel my reservations but they were non-refundable. I talked to Crystal Beach, booking.com and Expedia
Make sure you are positive you can make your visit. They are absolutely miserable to talk with. I never will use any of these sites, again. I never checked in and they emailed me asking how I'm enjoying my stay. They didn't even know I wasn't there! Customer service? I was charged 311.00 for rooms I couldn't use. I'm very disappointed in all sites involved.

Cons:

There needs to be an explanation that pet friendly only applies to service animals, which is not disclosed on the website.

will not stay in ocmd again.
Pros:

locatio great did not get the room we reserved last year. given another room on lower floor. not as nice as the one we reserved a year ago. guess the manager gave the room we reserved last year and years before to someone else at a higher rate. well you lost this customer and my family and friends they will never visit your hotel again. greed is a terrible thing so i hope you made a couple extra bucks because you lost a lot of money because of your greed. i guess corporate didn't get my letter yet.
