Pros:

Nice location in the middle of the boardwalk, staff was polite, and the bar/grill was really good with excellent bartenders.

Cons:

The shower didn’t drain so the tub would fill up with water. The toilet made a loud squeak when flushing, waking each other up if we needed to use it during the night. Full set of new towels were brought into our room only one night.

It was right on the beach

Cons:

It wasn’t very spacious , beds were hard and made sleeping very hard, some of the lights didn’t work, parking garage flooded .

Don't like the man smoking marijuana and his wife was smoking cigarettes on the balcony on the third floor we were on the four floor

It’s a great location but don’t expect to be comfortable or receive any cleaning service and bring all your own towels,
Pros:

It’s close to the boardwalk and the beach

Cons:

The staff didn’t know where my room was and they never brought us new towels or cleaned our room for the three days we were there , the beds are very uncomfortable.

Cons:

I'm sure our room was ready earlier but was told it wasn't, no one would be checking out on July 4th leaving a room needing cleaning and the hotel was sold out. It's ok to be accomodating and allow entry to a room before check-in.

STAY AWAY CRYSTAL BEACH OCEANFRONT HOTEL
Pros:

HORRIBLE! OVERCHARGED, quoted a price and then my credit card was charged an extra $300. Then they advertise as pet friendly and I told them I was bringing a pet, when I checked in they said no pet was on my reservation and that they only had 3 rooms for pets, now I paid another $200. The room they put us in was not what I would ever rent as clean. Went to plug in chargers and only one socket of each receptacle worked, dont see it as being a coincidence. STAY AWAY!!!

I wish I had stayed longer!
Pros:

I booked an ocean view room and it was beautiful. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the crowd was family friendly. No complaints about my room and view.

Cons:

One thing was the pools had sand in them and they were a little cloudy. I understand people have sand on them and sunscreen is in the pool but I think they could have stayed on top of that a little better. We didn't use the pools.
