horrible experience! As soon as we understood what was waiting for us we avoided. The structure refused to dialogue and kept the money even though we refused to stay in such a terrible structure

Lovely hotel to stay for a few nights

Great hotel as always Premier Inn, enjoyed my stay even if it was not a long stay, staff were very attentive, cleanliness of rooms perfect, will certainly stay here again when I am working in the area :-)

The venue is super clean and safe place to stay.
The staff is helpful and supportive. It is a good venue if you attending the adnec for a event.

Not so good

Very poor service the staff at the reception was not friendly, not even greeting guests.
The Jaccuzi was not working well, pool is very small. No conditioner and body lotion at toilet. This is my first stay in Premier inn and I won’t choose them again for sure.

Well situated within walking distance of the conference centre

Awful hotel.
Rooms and bathroom dirty, towels old torn and thin. Toiletries never filled up. Housekeeping was shocking, if you got tea bags you would not get the milk if you got the milk you would not get the tea bags.
Breakfast was poor, pastries were hard, staff were rude and very reluctant to refill anything.
Exceptional noisy, kids screaming and shouting running around the hotel floors. A lot of noise from other rooms, shouting, banging doors and shouting down the corridors, even after security was called as soon as he left the noise continued until the early hours of the morning.
If your unlucky to get a room at the back of the hotel, it us very closely overlooked by a massive tower office block which seems to be occupied 24/7, so when you have all the lights on in your room you feel you have to pull the curtains. The rooms at the back of the hotel are extremely dark due to the tower block behind.
Evening meal served on a badly cracked plate !
The standards in this hotel are not even up to UK standards.
Avoid this hotel.

Everything was nice from check in to check out. Very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of options in the breakfast buffet, overall pleasant stay

Good soundproofing of the rooms.
Reasonable price right around the corner from exhibition complex, walk time is about 5 minutes.
