Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind alt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr.

Leider Enttäuschung und nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage und das Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Hotel teilte bei Ankunft mit, Doppelzimmer nur im Nebengebäude im 1. Stock zu haben. Nicht barrierefrei weil kein Fahrstuhl, obwohl man bei Reservierung auf die Notwendigkeit aufmerksam gemacht hatte. Zimmer, Inventar sehr abgenutzt (Kopfteil vom Bett dort war das Kunstleder sich über weiter Teile am auflösen), Teppiche Treppenhaus abgelaufen und die Dusche im Bad lief nicht ab - insgesamt keine 4 Sterne / Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht derzeit....

Wunderschön gelegen - freundlicher Service - gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Backwaren und Zutaten hoher Qualität. - Exzellente Lage am Waldrand, ideal für Hundebesitzer, Jogger etc. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Toller Garten. Großer Parkplatz. Sehr gutes Restaurant am Abend. Diese Unterkunft bietet klassisches Ambiente und ein Niveau, wie man es nur noch selten findet.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg, als Dusche unpraktisch. Man hat die Badezimmer neu renoviert, alles sehr schön, aber dieses Detail belassen - eine Dusche mit flachen Einstieg hätten wir bevorzugt.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und super lieber Chef! Hatten gebucht ohne vorher nachzufragen, in welcher Etage das Zimmer ist. Als wir dort ankamen und erfahren haben, dass das Zimmer im zweiten Stock ist, wollten wir lieber das Zimmer im EG - unser Hund ist 15 Jahre alt und zu viel Treppen is' nicht gut für sie/tragen is' aber auch keine Option, da sie zu schwer ist. Darauf hin hat sich gleich der Chef darum gekümmert und Gott sei Dank waren noch Zimmer frei und wir konnten ins EG - Glück gehabt und wir waren sehr dankbar, dass alles so unkompliziert geklärt wurde.
Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Hotel sehr romantisch gelegen + für uns mit Hund total toll, denn Wald is' gleich daneben - TOP!

Immer wieder sehr gerne.
Pros:

Das Waldhotel Mangold ist eine kleine Perle unter den Romantikhotels. Wer Freude an ausgesuchter Kunst an der Wand vom Gobelin bis Chagall und einem historisch gewachsenen gemütlich familiären Ambiente in Waldrandlage hat, ist hier richtig. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr gepflegt, aber unterschiedlich in der Ausstattung.
