Erstaunlich , wie schnell dass der ganze Dreck und Schlamm vom grossen Unwetter vom Vortag weggeräumt wurde. Ein Kompliment an die eifrigen Organisationen!

Das Zimmer war schon etwas eng, aber sehr sauber und preiswert

DO NOT STAY HERE! Property put us in a room with the AC not working. They obviously knew it was not working because the receptionist knew that two of the power fuse switches could not be turned on at the same time which controlled the air conditioning. Both needed to turn on and if you turned on one switch the other would turn off. They tried to tell me that this problem was new but if that was the case why did she know about the fuse switches. They couldn’t even offer us a fan. We only have 2 nights in Milan and I did not want to lose sleep for 1 night. They offered a different room for the next day but they said they were completely booked tonight so they could not give us a room with working AC for tonight. I said if you can’t give me a room with working AC, I will leave and find a hotel that has working AC. That is what we had to do to be able to get decent sleep. This place is dishonest and they will knowingly book people into a room that they know does not have the features requested. I am contacting Expedia to hopefully get them removed and also I will review them every place possible to let everyone know to book somewhere else. Both the manager and the receptionist are will to deceive their guest. How will you know you will get what you booked at this facility. Don’t reward dishonest business practices!

Kleine maar verzorgde kamers, vriendelijke gastheer

The property is very close to the Station with easy walking access to the town. It has a lift. Being on a main road, is a bit noisy. The room is basic in its facilities.

Die Lage ist etwas unglücklich, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Die öffentliche Tiefgarage ist 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt und kostet 20€/Tag. Man muss das Gepäck dann zur Unterkunft tragen. Das Zimmer war winzig. Wir kamen nicht aneinander vorbei, sondern mussten uns immer gegenseitig in den Flur oder ins Bad ausweichend platz machen. Im Bad gingen Lüftung und und Licht nicht aus, was wir aber erst am nächsten Tag gemeldet haben. Der verschlossene Safe wurde umgehend geöffnet. Die Badamaturen waren locker und die Duschtür schloss nicht richtig. Auf einer Seite des Bettes gab es gar keinen Nachttisch mehr und auf der anderen Seite drohte er ständig abzufallen und alles rutschte von der schiefen Fläche runter.
Preis-Leistung wahrscheinlich dennoch OK, weil das Zimmer günstig war.
Ein Lichtblick war die Sauberkeit, das sehr freundliche Personal und das kleine aber sehr gute Frühstücksbüffet.
Ein Hinweis noch zu den Bildern, die das Hotel bewerben: Auf einem ist eine belebte Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants zu sehen, was impliziert, dass sich das Hotel in dieser Lage befindet. Das war aber absolut nicht der Fall. Das Bild war sehr irreführend, weil wir etwas anderes erwartet haben.

Kleine kamer. Het was echt zoeken naar een parkeergarage. Personeel erg vriendelijk en ontbijt ook goed. Prijs eigenlijk wat te hoog voor zo'n kleine simpele kamer

I would say this is a budget hotel, but price high for it. Not in a great area, only a short walk though to the restaurants. Room was clean and tidy but basic.

Overall, ok to stay for a night. Friendly hosts and decent breakfast. Room was a little basic and not the cleanest room that I have stayed but for the price and the convenience it offers, value for money stay

An einer sehr lauten Straße! Sauber, aber mit einem sehr intensiven Chlorreiniger-Geruch!

Very nice room. Staff was pleasant to deal with and felt very safe as they have excellent secure doors and entrance ways. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Staff was friendly. The free beffet breakfast was great. Room was clean. Towels were soft and fluffy.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit à Côme. La literie était bonne, la chambre propre, le petit déjeuner à volonté et copieux. Le seul inconvénient c’est que notre chambre donnait sur une avenue avec un feu tricolore juste devant et des gens qui passaient avec leurs valises à roulettes pour aller à la gare donc cela générait un peu de bruit. Mais pour une nuit cela ne nous a pas gêné, car l’hôtel était bien situé près de la gare et non loin du centre. De plus, on nous a gentiment gardé nos bagages à l’accueil de l’hôtel en attendant notre départ. Nous avons donc été plutôt satisfaits de notre séjour.

Very good for one night

Conveniently located hiotel close to the train station and a short walk to shops/cafes/the lake.

The downsides are that the hotel is noisey, the beds are very firm and the hotel will charge you if you even so much as lift a bottle of water from the fridge in the room for more than 10 seconds as stated on a notice in the room.

Breakfast was poor to average.

Id not stay here again but fine for 2 nights on a tight budget.
