Pros:

Boli sme tu už niekoľko krát, nakoľko nám vyhovuje lokalita, ale to je všetko. Nevadí mi zastaralé zariadenie, má to svoje čaro, ale stále je to o tom istom - viď ostatné recenzie, čiže napriek všetkým recenziám, tento hotel vôbec v ničom nenapreduje, tj raňajky stále slabé a zmätok pri ich vydávaní, obsluhovaní… znesiem aj slabé ranajky, ale v porovnaní s Vašou cenou a kvalitou, nehovoriac o tom, že takmer v každej recenzii sú hostia nespokojní s raňajkami, tak k žiadnemu zlepšeniu neprišlo.
Personál nevie podať jasné informácie, povie, že si zistí a príde nám povedať, avšak už nepríde…
K wellnessu sa tiež nevedela vyjadriť recepčná… Dostať sa v noci do hotela je tiež hop alebo trop..
Áno, som zmierená, že cena tohoto hotela je len cena za lokalitu, ale je smutné (podľa recenzií), že manažér nevie prísť so zlepšením, skvalitnením služieb pri takom potenciáli akým tento hotel disponuje.

Keby nebolo tých slabých raňajok,bola by som s hotelom maximalne spokojná.
Pros:

Personál bol fajn,izby boli čisté,hotel je prismo v centre mesta.

Cons:

Raňajky maju veľmi slabý výber,jeden druh syra,jeden druh šunky,jeden druh salámy.Keby boli raňajky na inej úrovni,určite by som si vedela predstaviť pobyt v hoteli aj na viac sko dva dni.

Dalo sa ubytocanie boko celkom fakn len staromodna kúpeľňa to sa nam moc nelubilo.

Ranajky boki otrasné a slabe kavovar bol na figu kava bolamvodova prazenica bola hnusna a sunka.a syr to je jak doma .Nic moc a ovocie len jablka cakal som od ranajok omnoho ivac viac ovocia aj visc zeleniny aj vyber jedla aj niake zakusky .

Tento hotel si vyberám zakaždým, ak mám cestu do Žiliny. Som maximálne spokojný a všetko bolo v poriadku. Výhodou je aj parkovanie a poloha priamo v centre.

Lucky find. Mostly locals in the town square, tons of places to eat, drink etc.
Pros:

classic 1910 hotel. good location, tiled bathroom with small tub. Spa has many types of sauna. Great skilled massage by Lenka. Front desk lady Ruby was kind and knowledgeable. Strong internet, clean and comfortable bed, fridge, coffee. Interesting place.

Cons:

breakfast was good, but not great.
