The location was close to shopping and restaurants which was very nice.

Cons:

We did not have breakfast because we had to leave too early to get to Guayaquil for our flight. I asked for two rooms close to each other if possible and that did not happen. There was no parking near by and that was very inconvenient because my husband had his vehicle that needed to be parked. The place that was around you had to be in by 7:00 pm and could not leaver before 7:00 am which did not work for us.

MI UNICO DELITO FUE HACER LA RESERVA CON BOOKING Y ESCOGER UNA TARIFA DE OFERTA. Cuando realicé mi reserva por booking me salio una tarifa de oferta genius, sin saber que me darían una habitación que si bien era, pequeña pero era suficiente para dormir y descansar, el problema es que esta habitación daba al interior del hotel en donde no había ventilación, hacia un calor infernal dentro de la habitación y no se podía dormir, cuando les pedí en recepción que porfavor me cambiaran ya que tenían muchas habitaciones libres, me dijeron que solo era posible si pagaba una tarifa adicional ya que booking me había asignado esa habitación extremadamente calurosa, los chicos de recepción y en general el personal son amables, y entiendo que ellos reciben ordenes. pero no es justo para los usuarios este tipo de tratos. y a booking indicar que el precio es más bajo de lo normal por que es una tarifa de oferta y no un beneficio genius. aunque es la primera vez que pasa, deberían tomar en cuenta eso.
