Overall, good stay.
Pros:

Beds are very comfortable, clean rooms, staff very friendly. Great location! Great breakfast. Be there earlier over later… buffet breakfast, if hot items finish, no refilling.

Cons:

Wifi very poor, almost non existent. First night we had grilled chicken, thin slices of chicken breast, small portion of fries and small portion of salad, $12.50… smaller portion and expensive.. we just did Uber Eats after that when we didn’t want to go out.

Only good location
Pros:

Location was super. Close to everything in the historical area

Cons:

Noisy. Paper walls. You need massive ear plugs. Linens looked not super clean. No wi-fi in the room we stayed in. Very primitive breakfast

Great experience!
Pros:

Beautiful. In the town center.
Rooms were outstanding. Service was outstanding. There was a mini fridge and safe. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Cons:

You need to have wall outlet adapters for usb connection. They are not upgraded to having direct usb plugs. I only had 1 plug to charge 3 of my devices.

La hubicacion perfecta, pero no descanse bien
Pros:

La reserva fue de dos habitaciones una matrimonial y una sencilla, pero nos dieron dos sencillas que no fue lo solicitado y la respuesta fue que nos dieron eso por que había disponibilidad.
Lamentable, pedí la matrimonial por que estaba con mi esposa y la cama muy pequeña, en otras palabras no pudimos descansar bien.

Cons:

No cumplieron con la reserva, igual pague el valor, y NO se dieron el trabajo de pedir disculpas por este evento

Opción adecuada, si no hay otros hoteles disponibles en el centro
Pros:

Excelente ubicación: cerca del parque Calderon y parada del tranvía.

Cons:

Habitaciones con poco aislamiento del ruido, menú de desayuno algo pobre, cierto personal de recepción poco amable y dispuesto a ayudar al huésped.
