Beds were really comfy. The location was perfect. Front end staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms facilities were decent as well.
The internet didn't work very well. For most of of my stay it wouldn't work. Also the breakfast didn't get topped up or made to order, so once things ran out that was it.
LAs habitaciones pequeñas, la puera de acceso no pude entrar, no valía la tarjeta de acceso, cada vez que intentaba ingresar debían subir a ayudarme con la llave maestra y el ultimo día incluso manualmente, porque se desconfiguró, lo cual hizo perder mucho tiempo y era muy incomodo.

The room looks nothing like the pictures we saw on Booking.com.It is completely different from what we booked. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The location was the worst part. We had to unload our luggage in the middle of the street. The description of the hotel’s location does not mention that the metro bus stops right outside the hotel. Horrible!

Our room for the second and third nights was very spacious, and there was plenty of room to unpack our bags. Location was excellent.
On our first night, they gave us a tiny room with no exterior window, tatty furniture, and no fridge / water or hairdryer. They eventually agreed to move us to a much larger room, which we really liked. I recommend double checking with them after booking. We did not enjoy breakfast other than the fresh fruit - The coffee machine was not working on the first morning, and tasted awful when it did. The eggs constantly ran out.
