Friendly staff who really tried to be helpful and nice - very much appreciated.

Cons:

Accidentally booked a smoking room - did not expect for it to be so strongly smelling of cigarettes, yellow stained and dirty throughout. Carpets had what looked like dry blood on the floor, grime filled walls, dirty walls and ceiling, sheets and pillows smelt of smoke. When tried to shower it felt like a hot box.

保温便座さえ有れば満点です。
Pros:

駅近でコンビニも近くにあり、フロントスタッフや清掃スタッフも親切で良かったです。

Cons:

保温便座に慣れていて、寒い日に冷たい便座に座った瞬間心臓にかなり衝撃が……。
保温便座無しと設備所に記載していただけると助かります。記載の見落としでしたらすみません。

Cons:

ホテルの前は道路だった為、荷物の積み込みが不便でした。
朝食は、袋から出しただけのものが多かった。
美味しくもなかったから、残念でした。
