Pros:

天井が高くて開放的な部屋でした。
周辺も飲食店やスーパーが多く買い物にも困りません。
駅のそばなので移動も楽です。ホテルから空港までは徒歩5分、電車30分くらいです。
ホテルのお風呂のカーテンが赤カビだらけだったので、改善してほしいです。

10日程度滞在した感想。部屋に電子レンジがあるのはありがたい。便座は冷たい。シャワーの温度調節には技術が必要。ネット環境はあまりよくない。部屋がまあまあ広いのに鞄を置くとこが床しかない。外国人スタッフの対応と笑顔がよい。目の前にスーパーがある。飲み屋が多い。
次回もまた宿泊先候補にしてます。

価格から考えると十分
Pros:

モダンで安価なビジネスホテルという感じで数日の滞在には十分でした。確認容易なように立地もよく。
客室には洗濯機、キッチンシンク、冷蔵庫もついており数週間の滞在などにも備えがされているようでした。似たような機会が同じ場所、あるいは別の地域でもあれば同ホテル・同系列ホテルを利用したいと思います。

今回は急だったのと他に泊まる場所がほぼ無かったので泊まりましたが次回は無いかな?
今回は1万7000円で泊まりました。
シャワーの停める所も壊れていたし化粧水なども無く、シャワーカーテンも下の方めちゃくちゃ汚く。5000円くらいで泊まれれば納得いくのかもしれません。
