The number of extra beds in a room is 1 or a maximum of 2, depending on the room category.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The hotel accepts major credit cards, but for pre-payment or on-site charges, the card used must be in the guest's name and presented for verification at check-in. If the guest isn't the cardholder or can't present the credit card at check-in, alternate payment arrangements must be made.
The hotel won't accept past or future payments without the credit card and cardholder's authorization, and may reject the booking if these requirements aren't met to guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15/30/45/60 (15 for 1 Room, 30 for 2 Rooms, 45 for 3 Rooms, 60 for 4 Rooms) per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure.
Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate not exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room type booked. Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board bookings are only inclusive of meals for paying adults, children under 5.99 years eat for free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a 50% discount on Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet at an additional charge.
In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Отдых прошел чудесно! Просторный номер с красивым видом из окна, ежедневная уборка, хороший шведский стол (завтрак). Очень дружелюбный, любезный и отзывчивый персонал! В ресторане за завтраком официанты настолько заботливы, что готовы кормить тебя с ложечки, только чтобы ты остался доволен)) Десять раз подходят и спрашивают, ЧТО ТЫ ЕЩЕ ХОЧЕШЬ??!! Может сок, может чай, может смузи, может коктейль, может кофе? Если честно, лучше было бы чуть поменьше внимания, мы привыкли к бОльшей самостоятельности. Просто положить на каждый столик буклет или листочек-меню возможных вариантов дополнительных напитков и закусок, чтобы можно было спокойно выбрать и попросить официанта принести. Но в целом нам все очень понравилось, все очень старались🧡
Good location very helpful staff
Location is perfect. Everything you could wish for right outside the entrance. The staff all over the hotel are so friendly and accommodating. Security every morning wishing me good morning. Waiting staff at breakfast make you feel like you're the most important customer. Nandar and May were lovely. So was everyone to be fair but it's difficult to remember every name. The gentleman on reception was excellent, making our first impression very positive. I loved almost everything about this hotel.
Only negatives were the Hilton Walk pools are a little dated. However the 2 minute walk to the other Hilton pool make it an insignificant problem. Some of the lifts open up into what feel like maintenance tunnels. Very minor and not at all a detriment to how brilliant I feel this hotel is.

Excellent room, good location.
Falls short with bars opening too late or not at all.
The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the receptionist and also the concierge people including this one person Rashid/Khalid (forgot the exact name). Everything was nice and friendly
The lifts were very slow and took a-lot of time to open
