Pros:

Good location near the train. We stayed for 1 night and it was perfect for a short stay.
Breakfast was good

Cons:

It can be a bit confusing to find the hotel because they changed the name, but it is the same hotel

ホテル名が変わっており、ホテルを探しまくって大変だった。
Pros:

ハノイ駅近くであらゆる場所へのアクセスが良い。
周りは静かなのでのんびり出来る。

Cons:

ホテルに向かったらそこにHanoi Eternity Hotelというホテルが無い。
そこにあるSora Hotelという名のホテルの受付に聞いてみたら、ホテルの名前は違うが確かに予約は入っているとのこと。システムに登録されたホテル名が改装時に変更にされなかったのだろうか。
とにかく混乱して、念の為に確認しなかったら大変なことになっていた。
予約時に届いたメッセージと、チェックアウト後に届いたメッセージとで、添えられたホテル名が書き換えられていた。

Le portier très très gentil et aimable comme tout

Cons:

Accueil glacial, je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Une dame très désagréable qui ne te regarde même pas et te dit simplement : « Passeport ».

Chambre moyenne : un faux lit double, en réalité ce sont deux matelas simples collés.
Une belle baignoire, mais ils n’ont pas l’option eau chaude.

J’avais pris deux nuits et j’ai voulu annuler la deuxième. La fameuse dame m’a dit froidement qu’une fois que c’est payé, on ne peut plus rien faire. J’ai essayé de négocier, mais je me suis pris un « soufflement » dans la figure à plusieurs reprises. Il faut du courage pour se retenir de ne pas l’encastrer !

Le portier est adorable, par contre. Il a du courage de travailler avec cette dame…

Bref : 4/10.

My room was clean and the air condition and shower worked well.
Grab taxis to most places were £1 or less..
Good selection on buffet breakfast.
Train station only 5 mins away.

Cons:

Restaurants close to hotel closed to early.

Vynikající pobyt
Pros:

Hotel blízko vlakového nádraží a v klidné ulici. Milá recepční, velmi dobrá snídaně. Využili jsme na jednu noc před odjezdem autobusem na letiště od vlakového nádraží.
Bonusem byla úschova našich zavazadel, než byl k dispozici náš pokoj.

Cons:

Všechno bylo skvělé.
