Hotel Presidente

We stayed at this lovely hotel last week and we will definitely return. Alberto on reception was the nicest front of house we have ever had at any hotel and we are well travelled. The room was spotless cleaned daily with clean towels, the food was excellent always hot with plenty of choice. Bar prices excellent Phillipines 10 accessible from the restaurant 6 acts every night and again drinks very good prices when you show your room card. Great central location could not fault anything. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay.

This was our 5th visit to the Presidente and it certainly will not be our last. Always greeted with a smile at check in,where everything is explained and is always a very efficient and quick process. €20 which is refunded for the safe for the week . The lifts are simple to use even though some people seem to have problems. The rooms have always been clean ,the bathrooms are lovely. The shower on the wall is very powerful and there's the overhead/ ceiling shower too. Towels changed regularly as is the bedding.Plenty of wardrobe space with drawers and shelving. Tv with English channels.We requested a street facing room above the main entrance ,as they get the afternoon sun. Always lots going on outside if you're a people watcher. Beds and pillows are comfy, we always ask for two more pillows as you only get one each.Nice quite rooms.Always a vast variety of food, we stayed half board,breakfast caters for everything from cereal,fruit,continental, full English, various types of milk and breads. Tea,coffee,hot chocolate. Dinner is again catering for everyone, a good selection of dishes every night in the hot food selection, plenty of starters,salad items, cheese and biscuits and of course the many choices of hot and cold puddings and desserts. Bar prices are very good. There is a microwave for those who want to heat their food up .Always a good atmosphere in the restaurant ,the staff are very polite and hardworking and keep tables cleared between courses. All the staff throughout the hotel, bars and restaurant are very polite and helpful. An extra mention to Paula and Leticia on reception for helping my husband and myself out when we needed it. Absolutely nothing bad to say about Hotel Presidente. Can't wait to come back.

Yes just got back from staying at the presidente hotel, what a fantastic hotel it is, everyone was so lovely and friendly, the food was fantastic , so much choice to chose from, everywhere was so clean, thank you to all who work there, your all amazing, hopefully we will be back in May 🥰🥰🥰

Mu sister & I enjoyed our stay. The food was very good, wide selection, handy that can pay for drinks,as you go. Good too that going out to swimming pool you need your card to access it so need to be staying at the hotel. Only downsides, our room wasn't cleaned the day before we went home but they did replenish the towels after we asked at reception. I would have liked better size cups for tea in bedroom ie mugs. I didn't notice any blankets we had a light sheet thankfully we had a hot water bottle for that night. We learnt as we been caught out before! I think in the summer the pool area would be very cramped but was perfect for our stay and there was no mad rush for sun beds. The entertainment sounded good but we don't bothe overall my sister & I enjoyed our stay, weather was brillant for February, the best we have had in years

This was our third stay at the Presidente and did not disappoint. Rooms lovely and cleaned every day, hotel spotless and food is great with plenty of choice. 10/10 will definitely return.

Great hotel, best in Benidorm I have ever staryed in.
Arrived late in the evening, was greeted by Alberto - he was absolutely amazing, most welcome I have ever felt at a hotel, because we had missed dinner a bag of complementary food was provided.
(He made holiday amazing, so friendly and welcoming).

Room was modern, clean and overlooking the pool, came with hot drinks and mini fridge also.

Best thing for me was hotel food, British Bacon served in hotel. In 20 years of staying in benidorm I have never seen this.
Indian night was amazing, but for me the Chicken Curry was the best I have ever had, even better than you would get at Chinese.

Would reccomend to all.

This hotel was ideally situated for myself and husband. Lovely atmosphere, nice room and very clean, good value for money, all staff very nice and helpful. The reception was helpful in all aspects, particularly on arrival as we had a mechanical problem with the room safe, but they arranged for a maintenance person to rectify within
15 minutes. Could not fault the food with plenty of choice. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Really good hotel ,however just a couple of issues that I thought wasn’t very good considering you are in a 4star hotel . I was absolutely gobsmacked when charged 1.40 for a glass of ice ,we have stayed in many hotels even in Dubai and never had to pay for a glass of ice before,complete rip off. Also the bar tenders were not very helpful when asked for diet lemonade and coke just said they didn’t sell it ,not helpful at all. Little items I know ,however the hotel is in a great location and really good.The restaurant is great ,good choice of food just lack of communication on how to get a drink in the restaurant no waiter service for the drinks

Arrived 3rd February for 5 nights and check in was quick and easy. 20 euro for safe for the 5 nights which we thought was OK.
Room was of a very high standard and very clean. Towels changed every day and cleaner was very friendly.
We did half board and the food at breakfast and evening was beautiful. So much choice of food and the restaurant was kept immaculately clean.
The pool area is huge and also kept clean.
We would definitely use this hotel again 100%.
Well done to all the staff at the Presidente our stay was perfect.

Hotel Presidente visited Christmas for 5 days Hotel was as reviews said staff and hotel good we were there for Christmas gala the food okay but not a lover of rolled Turkey
the same day went for the evening meal everything was back to a normal day it did not feel like Christmas no atmosphere. The club Phillpinos 10 was the biggest let down
the entertainment was just awful and it was still full if you did want to watch the show you had to get there early so others must have liked it definitely not for us can't expect much when its free.

This is our 8th time visiting this hotel and it's one of the best and safest hotel I've been too x

We requested a small favour from the manager and he came through 100%.
We are back again next January with our friends who managed to get a wee visit to the hotel while we were staying there.

The Hotel was one of the best ones we have been to. The welcome we received was fantastic, very quick and easy. The rooms was immaculate. We had a street view which we loved. The food was first class. The entertainment was great. We enjoyed it so much we are going back in July.

Fabulous hotel,hard working friendly staff, exceptionally clean,fresh towels every day, quality food plenty of variety, great entertainment in two function rooms, perfect! Highly recommended,will be staying there again when we can...

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent hotel in Benidorm, it is in a great location short walk to the beach and handy for all bars and entertainment nearby. Lovely heated outdoor pool. Nice food, excellent staff.Great acts 7 nights per week 7pm till late.Rooms are very comfortable too, tv, great shower, nicely decorated, room service every day, wheelchair access and disabled rooms also.

Very excellent hotel 5* all the way made me welcome when I walked through the door and the location was good food was good the rooms are excellent all the way and the cleaner was brilliant and would stay again

We’ve just returned from a stay at the Presidente Hotel in Benidorm and overall had a really enjoyable experience.

The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality at every meal. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay.

What really stood out, though, was the staff friendly, helpful and always professional, which made a big difference.

A nice bonus is the discounts at bars associated with the hotel chain, including Morgan’s Tavern and the Western Saloon, which we used a few times and really appreciated.

There are a couple of small negatives. The safe costs €4 per day, which feels unnecessary in a hotel of this standard. Also, although tea and coffee are supplied in the room, there’s a €5 per week charge to use them, which seemed a bit petty.

That said, these are minor points and didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, the Presidente is a great hotel in a good location, and we would definitely go back.

Having stayed at the Presidente 5 times before, its the first time we've stayed over christmas and the new year. What an absolutely amazing experience.
All the staff are to be congratulated, with a special thank you to Nelson on reception, who went above and beyond on christmas day for us. Dani and Antonio in the restaurant are brilliant.
The gala dinner and the whole day was amazing but new year's eve was exceptional. The food was out of this world with more choice than you could possibly eat. The entertainment in the Phillipines 10 was the icing on the cake, with a free bar all night.
Overall we love this hotel it has everything. Great staff, good food and very clean. We have already booked again for April and the new year. I cant praise it enough. Thank you to all involved in our 2 week stay. See you in April

After spending five days at Gold Arcos with no hot water, my holiday was quickly turning into a nightmare. Moving to Hotel Presidente was the best decision I could have made — they completely salvaged my trip.

I’ve stayed at the Presidente several times before and they never disappoint. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is fantastic, and the hotel itself is top-class. From the moment I arrived, I felt looked after.

I stayed over New Year’s and everything was planned to perfection — I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Even when I returned to the hotel after midnight, security shook my hand and wished me a Happy New Year, which really summed up the warmth and care shown by everyone there.

Everything about this hotel is next level. Thank you to every single member of staff for turning what was a holiday from hell into a genuinely memorable experience. I’ve already booked to stay for a full week next New Year — that says it all!
