ten hotel ma już kilka lat, ale ciągle to najlepsza opcja w Krynicy. Bardzo polecam spa i restaurację.

To, co szczególnie doceniliśmy podczas pobytu, to przede wszystkim dbałość o detale, która była widoczna na każdym kroku. Obsługa zasługuje na duże wyróżnienie – profesjonalna, uprzejma i bardzo pomocna, co zdecydowanie wpływa na komfort całego pobytu. Ogromnym atutem jest również lokalizacja hotelu, sprzyjająca wyciszeniu i odpoczynkowi. Dodatkowo, kameralna liczba gości sprawiała, że ze strefy SPA można było korzystać w naprawdę komfortowych, spokojnych warunkach.
Nie tyle, że coś nam się nie podobało – raczej są to rzeczy, które zwróciły naszą uwagę i które, naszym zdaniem, mogłyby wpłynąć na jeszcze lepsze doświadczenie pobytu.
Jeśli chodzi o kuchnię, to oczywiście kwestia gustu, natomiast dla nas potrawy były nieco zbyt ciężkie. To oczywiście bardzo indywidualna odczucie, ale warto mieć to na uwadze.
Zwróciliśmy też uwagę na organizację śniadań. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że istnieje możliwość zamówienia dodatkowych dań na ciepło. Informację o tym otrzymaliśmy dopiero przy stoliku, już po skorzystaniu z bufetu. Myślę, że dobrze byłoby komunikować taką opcję wcześniej – dzięki temu goście mogliby w pełni skorzystać z oferty. Sami chętnie zamówilibyśmy coś na ciepło, jak jajecznicę czy świeże naleśniki, jednak w tej sytuacji pozostaliśmy przy tym, co mieliśmy już na talerzach.
Dodatkowo, można odnieść wrażenie, że hotel ma już swoje lata świetności za sobą. Mimo przeprowadzonych modernizacji, miejscami widać upływ czasu. Przykładowo, siłownia wydała nam się dość ubogo wyposażona. Korzystamy regularnie z hotelowych stref fitness, dlatego zwracamy na to uwagę – nawet w obiektach 4-gwiazdkowych coraz częściej standardem jest dziś nowoczesne i dobrze wyposażone zaplecze treningowe. W tym przypadku ta przestrzeń nie do końca spełniła nasze oczekiwania.

Trudno, coś znaleźć-no może oczekiwanie na kawę /herbatę przy śniadaniu. Bardzo elegancko, że zamawiasz do stolika, ale bywało, że już kończyliśmy śniadanie, gdy otrzymywaliśmy herbatę:) Ale to drobiazg.
