Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service, guter Lage und gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – gerne wieder.
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere und komfortable Zimmer sowie eine gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Altstadt von Cieszyn. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Insgesamt herrschte eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Die Auswahl an Müsli und Frühstückscerealien hätte etwas größer sein können. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar nutzbar, wirkt jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte modernisiert werden. Ansonsten gab es keine wesentlichen Beanstandungen.

Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa, dobre śniadania
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja (blisko centrum), parking, bogata oferta śniadaniowa i bardzo uprzejmy personel (umożliwienie wcześniejszego wejścia do pokoju bez dodatkowych opłat)

Cons:

Poduszki trochę za duże, dla osób śpiących bardziej na płasko - do wyeliminowania na noc :) W pokoju przydałyby się również małe łyżeczki

Pleasant stay in out-of-the-way part of Cieszyn
Pros:

Room was comfortable, breakfast was great

Cons:

Location is a bit "off the beaten path" in a kind-of industrial area.
Shower floor was slippery--could have some non-skid surface added or a shower mat.
Towels were scratchy.

Pros:

Čistý a pěkný hotel. Ceny za ubytování i za snídani vyšší.
Dvoulůžkový pokoj maličky ale na jednu noc stačí. .
Snídaně v pohodě. Průběžně se doplňovalo.
Možnost ubytovat se i pozdě večer nebo v noci. U hotelu mají i parkoviště, které jsme nevyužili.

Cons:

Nevýhoda byly okna pokoje směrem k nádraží, celou noc byly slyšet různé hlášení

Eenvoudig kongreshotel op industrieterrein. Het was warm en droog na een fietstocht in de stromende regen, vriendelijke ontvangst, fietsen mochten in kongreszaal staan.

Cons:

Het restaurant werd om 20:00 met vrij veel herrie ingericht voor het ontbijt. Keuken sloot zonder waarschuwing; we hadden graag de Apfelstrudel nog geprobeerd.

Pros:

Ubytování jsme využili k přespání, snídani a návštěvě rodiny, protože bydlíme daleko. Za těchto okolností toto ubytování doporučuji.

Cons:

Škoda že nešla vzít polopenze a hotel nabízel jen snídani v ceně a večeři pak v restauraci za příplatek. Ke snídani bylo stále to samé, občas něco chybělo, průběžně se to moc nedoplňovalo. Výběr byl celkem omezený. Ale na takové tři dny se najíst dalo, další dny už by nebylo moc co si vybírat z toho, co nám chutnalo.
