Room was clean. Staff was nice. Coffee in the lobby was abundant. Plenty of on-site parking. Convenient location.
Hotel pricing in that area for Parents Weekend really should be regulated. The Inn was quaint and cozy but it was not $1300 quaint and cozy that we spent for parents weekend. It was not the Ritz or the Four Seasons. The college really should intervene with the price gouging that all the hotels in the area participate in during this time.
Room was comfortable. We had a suite and liked the separate areas for us and our kids. The location was great since we were there for a concert at Bryce Jordan Center. They had a shuttle to get there and back, but we didn't use it.
The bathroom floor had a small spot that was missed. The breakfast was okay, but didn't like the egg patties or hard boiled eggs.
Extremely clean and people working were friendly. All my questions were answered and the shuttle service to the venue on Sunday night was perfect.

Room was nice, seemed location was safe, good parking. Shower was large, nice. Good location, easy to get into and out of. Liked the pool was indoors.
Although I was not able to use the amenities on this trip, The pool and hot tub looked good but it would be nice if the gym had at least one universal weight machine. Only a bench and dumbbells.

Breakfast included. Not a great deal of choices, but the food was good and fresh. The staff require a special mention. They made us feel so much at home. They went far out of their way to help us with our stay. They need a great applause for their service

It was really clean. It was pretty quiet. Nice to have luggage carts.
Not very friendly. Beds were hard. Air conditioner was very loud in the room. Pillows were small and terrible. Overall it was disappointing for the money/brand.

Part of the breakfast items had been on the bar for a long time and was cold, being bacon that needed to be fried a little longer, heard people complaining about it. Waited about 10 minutes for the toaster to be available. Hotel only had one outside of facility. Definitely need some help of cleaning..
