It was a very clean hotel.
I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t give you clean towels and coffee after the first night. You had to go to front desk and ask for them. You also had to pay $15 for breakfast.
The shower leaked badly, staff seemed to know there was an issue already but still put me in that room. I later had a super nice reception lady who helped me move rooms.
It was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant.
The bath tub was way slippery. We were in a disability access room. My husband and I both slipped in the bathtub. He almost fell.
The staff was amazing. Bella working check-in on Saturday and the lady at the breakfast area on Sunday morning (I wish I’d have gotten her name) were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They deserve a raise! My wife and I travel frequently and these ladies far exceeded our experiences from other places we’ve stayed.
Great stay
We ordered a pizza for our kids after a long swim meet and planned to eat at the tables in the lobby instead of in our room. The woman at the bar said because it was technically a (empty at 6pm) restaurant, we couldn’t eat at the table and had to sit two feet over on a couch/ottoman. It’s a Hilton’s Garden Inn, not a Ritz.
Didn’t have a pet or use bar
I liked the size of the suite and the suite set up. I didn’t like the room looked rundown. The curtains were stained, one of the beds was noisy, the bathroom looked wrecked broken glass on the art work the wall was cracking, the ceiling of the room looked like there was a leak in the room above. The property outside looked groomed except for the pool didn’t look clean a bunch of collected leaves.
The staff up front were very friendly. The pool was covered in dirt and leaves. I went to use the hot tub and it too was covered in sand and leaves. Very disappointing. I chose this hotel b/c it had a hot tub…so I was bummed when we couldn’t get in. Beds slept ok. Bathrooms could use to be updated and the toilet could use to have been a little cleaner. Overall…would not recommend or stay here myself.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just what we needed to unwind.
But the real highlight? Candace, our bartender! Her energy, warmth, and incredible service made our evenings unforgettable. She mixes a mean cocktail, remembers your drink, and serves it up with great conversation and a smile.
Candace, you’re a gem! Thank you for going above and beyond you made our trip that much better.
I made w trip to the bar/restaurant and met Candice. She was very welcoming and witty. I had a great experience and wonderful conversation with her. She is the reason I will return to this hotel for all of my stays in the area.

Excellent customer service, clean facilities and a good equipment in the gym not just the treadmill and the bike as many others hotels.
Friendly staff & boys loved the pool.
Candice provided individualized service with humor and excellence and made our 51st anniversary very special. The cook Courtney made a special salad for both of us and added extra ingredients per our request. They gave us reason to really want to come back. Thank you.
