Needs some maintenance . There was holes in the carpet in the hallway . Lights in the room were dim , one light in the bathroom did not work . I

Fading conditions and ammenities.
Pros:

I have been coming to this location 4 times a year for almost 5 years. Unfortunantly it is starting to fade from its glory. My Toilet was leaking from the base a couple days. Bar food has lost its appeal, running out of more and more wine selection, the pool which I rely on was entirely closed this trip, looks of the Hotel are dropping off. Wall paper is peeling, paint chipping etc. Unfortunantly my HGI Alliance FTW days are needing a change in June

My stay was pleasant, but not excellent.
Pros:

It was a very clean hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t give you clean towels and coffee after the first night. You had to go to front desk and ask for them. You also had to pay $15 for breakfast.

Cons:

The shower leaked badly, staff seemed to know there was an issue already but still put me in that room. I later had a super nice reception lady who helped me move rooms.

It was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

The bath tub was way slippery. We were in a disability access room. My husband and I both slipped in the bathtub. He almost fell.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. Bella working check-in on Saturday and the lady at the breakfast area on Sunday morning (I wish I’d have gotten her name) were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They deserve a raise! My wife and I travel frequently and these ladies far exceeded our experiences from other places we’ve stayed.
