Guests arriving after 23:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

All rooms at this hotel are nonsmoking.

Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.

When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:

- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.

- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.

We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.
Please note that partial renovation work will also be carried out before and after this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Comfy Fukudaya
Pros:

Clean, recessed from main Street. Nice size for value, clean showers, nice sitting area and computer area downstairs. Comfortable beds! Real mattresses.

Cons:

Some traffic noise if street facing window.

Nous avons aimé le style traditionnel de la chambre, la taille de la chambre pour Tokyo est grande. Avec une entrée pour stocker les bagages.

Cons:

La salle de bain est ancienne, pas de toilettes lavants 🥲.

A wonderful stay in a traditional Japanese-styled home that is close to main Shibuya area
Pros:

Close to convenience stores, a walk away from a bus to Shibuya or you could walk if wanted. An ideal location to experience traditional japanese room and baths in Tokyo. Staff also kindly helped us receive our luggages (we delivered them from Osaka)

Cons:

Room space was a bit tight for 3 people and many luggages

I would stay again. Price is high for what u get. But it is clean and comfortable. Just don’t expect too much
