Guests arriving after 23:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

All rooms at this hotel are nonsmoking.

Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.

When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:

- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.

- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.

We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.

Pros:

시부야의 혼잡한 도심에서 조금만 걸어가면, 조용한 주택가 초입에 위치한 료칸 분위기의 호텔입니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨고, 시설도 아주 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 공용 욕실과 샤워실이지만, 혼자 사용 가능하기 때문에 불편함은 전혀 없습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 푹신해서 잠이 잘 왔습니다.

크게 아쉬운 부분은 없었습니다.

Pros:

Great value hotel close to Shibuya and Nakameguro. Location is the best part of this hotel. Nakameguro is about a 15 minute walk from Fukudaya, while Shibuya is a little bit further at 20 minutes.

Staff was very accommodating and a joy to talk to. The main owner of the hotel speaks fluent English and was very helpful during the check in process. We even had a short chat about his travels around the world which was nice to hear about.

The room was clean and had enough room for a solo traveler like myself.

It was an overall good experience staying here, especially for the value.

Pros:

Tout. C'est un îlot de paix dans la ville. La chambre était spacieuse, le bain japonais une merveille. En 15m.a pied de Shibuya ou 5mn en bus. A 15mn de Nakameguro. C'était juste parfait.
