Guests arriving after 23:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

All rooms at this hotel are nonsmoking.

Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.

When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:

- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.

- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.

We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.
Please note that partial renovation work will also be carried out before and after this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Location. Close to Shibuya, but quiet and peaceful. Well connected. A traditional hotel, very beautiful room with ensuite bathroom, tatami floors, wooden windows. Clean, cozy, homey. Staff was really helpful. It will be my Tokyo hotel forever.

Japans hotel, proper en efficiënt
Pros:

onsen, sober Japans interieur; voldoende comfort, ondanks gemeenschappelijke badkamer en sanitair. ruimte om te ontbijten, stilte in het hotel ondanks de drukte vlakbij buiten, centrale ligging en goede verbinding naar andere wijken van Tokyo.

Pros:

Absolutely outstanding. Incredible location, amazingly kind and helpful staff and a room that has been our favorite during our entire Japan trip. We slept so incredibly well on the futon and did not want to leave. Highly recommended, we will come back.

A little disappointed compare to all our other stay unfortunately.
Pros:

Location is quiet for a city.
Staff is helpful in helping us receive and collecting bags.

Cons:

Doesn't supply basic necessity such as kettle, teacups and lack of hangers. You'll then need to head down (2 level) to get some water or hot water but their water station always run out of water. Went twice and they were out of water and it's usually when staff isn't around. Maybe need to find a more permanent solution for guest to get some water. This ryokan experience isn't the best as the toilet also doesn't have a bidet ( speaking of Japanese stay experience) for the price it charges it's not worth it
