Guests arriving after 23:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

All rooms at this hotel are nonsmoking.

Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.

When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:

- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.

- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.

We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.

Pros:

Very clean and quiet traditional Japanese hotel, offering tatami floors and futon mattresses. Recent renovations have been done with emphasis on retaining the original design and minimalist interiors. A 15 minute walk to Shibuya station allows you to stay in a quiet corner of Shibuya and sample the local shops. Very nice and helpful Fukudaya team.

What an absolute gem of a hotel!
Pros:

I’m so glad I found this place, without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, with a bus stop seconds away or 15min walk to Shibuya Station. The atmosphere was so peaceful and my room was so clean, comfortable and beautiful - opted for a Japanese style room. The staff here are also absolutely wonderful, so welcoming and kind. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — you can easily walk to central Shibuya, and there’s also a bus stop near the hotel. There’s a 7-Eleven very close by as well. The room was very clean and comfortable!
