All rooms at this hotel are nonsmoking.

Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.

When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:

- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.

- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.

We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.

Pros:

I loved how warm and welcoming the place felt, and how the staff helped create this atmosphere. The location was perfect, hidden away on the outskirts of Shibuya, a small walk and you’re in the centre of it all.

Cons:

Everything was great! The bath was a little bit too hot, so maybe that’s my only critique.

Pros:

Location was amazing, only a few minute walk away from the Shibuya Scramble and had multiple convience store nearby as well.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights and they cleared our room almost every night, but they did for one day forgot to clean our room and give us fresh towels, but when I asked they gave us new towels right away

humble but excellent hotel with traditional rooms. the rooms are small by western standards (as one would expect), but are impeccably clean and well presented. the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.

部屋が凄く綺麗でした
Pros:

和のテイストで旅館に泊まってると勘違いしそうなお部屋でした。
スタッフの方々も優しくて素敵でした。

Cons:

部屋着があると思っていたのですが、無かったことが少し残念かなと思いました。
部屋にポットとコップを置いておくとお客様が部屋にいながらお茶など飲めるのでいいなと思います。

Super fijn verblijf op geweldige locatie.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een top locatie en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor deze prijs krijg je echt veel kwaliteit. Ik zou hier zo weer verblijven.

A fantastic, quite place in the busy city
Pros:

We came in during rain, staff helped us dry our suit cases and shoes. Staff was always extremely nice and helpful. The room was so clean and tidy. Loved the experience
