Si hago la reserva aquí reteniendome el importe de una visa, no entiendo al llegar allí me digan que por pagar con targeta me cargan un 10% más y me exijan ademas un millon extra en efectivo haciendome buscar un cajero. Por lo demas instalaciones , personal, limpieza todo correcto… però empezar mal tus vacaciones hace que tengan una mala nota.

Le staff nous a donné qu'une seule carte et nous a fait payer en plus une caution pour une chambre où il n'y a aucun équipement. je l'ai signalé par message sur booking, et l'hotel ma juste dit que c'était leurs politique. Vous devriez écouté un peu vos clients et changer vos politiques absurde si vous voulez ne pas disparaitre car la concurrence et bien meilleur. Jusqu'à présent le moins bon hotel ou nous sommes aller
